preaching to the choir here, remember i left my dramatic "NEH" posts previously. But, if there's one thing that ever could have brought both nick and melton down, its their sycophants being gently suggested by law enforcement.
i imagine it wouldn't take much either, i mean, who would take the fall for those fucking guys? And police are involved to begin with, that means there's far more going on or something we already were aware of is moving along.
Like, the cyber crime thingymajig everyone forgot about (myself included). I wouldn't put it past someone like scarebrow to gayop, not like i really know his history, but eh. I'm willing to shed the NEH physiognomy for at least this instance.
 
I can believe that Melton/Nick conspired with the guy to record Aaron's show and pass it off to Melton. What I can't believe is that Aaron actually reported a violation.

Seriously, though, why did Melton even think it was ok to record himself reacting to that illicit videoing of that show? Straight up violation, let alone coordinating it.

It’s members’ only content now, but he didn’t say a word after being live for half an hour. He just played a music bed while playing footage of Aaron talking. No idea if he ever opened his mouth to do anything but hit his bong. Yet another one of his favorite targets, Ashley Cummings, crashed out with an epic meltdown, wrecking her podcasting partnership with Keanu. Keanu and Ashley sniped each other and were bitching back and forth for three hours (I was listening to the MLC snipe of the snipes). If Patrick didn’t even open his mouth to comment on this (I fell asleep), I will be surprised.

Based on how Minnesota's been treating Nick I wouldn't be surprised if Melton and him were convinced they were untouchable and could literally just do anything up to this point

Nick will live to tell another tale. Rest on that. For all the posts on narcissism psychology ITT, one point that often gets missed:

He will, again, make this all about himself. He knows nothing else. Good, bad, or otherwise he named himself Chaos for a reason. Let's give some credit for that, at least. It's on point.

There will be another chapter. It won't be as interesting as the last year, probably pathetic, but he will be the center of the madness.

Another point to be made: What's the best we can hope for?

1. He gets disbarred due to an ethics complaint? Honestly, who cares? He's never been a lawyer, really, and laughs about it. He sort of cares due to law school but it it would be 5 pages of laughing ITT and then... nothing. It won't actually hurt him.

2. Aaron wins for the HROs? Less content to laugh at bc no one will talk about the other. At best, Aaron could compel Nick to serve 28 days. I give the odds of that at about 20%. It's MN. But, even 28 days will give plenty of content for Nick after the fact.

3. The FBI is invoved with hacking/harassment? Does anyone really think this will amount to anything? I like to think that the FBI has better things to do than deal with these idiots (Aaron, Melton, Nick, April). Honestly, I hope they do.

Schizo theory: The Racket family fucked up something with homeschooling paperwork. Now they're scrambling to either fix their shit or have to enroll the younger kids into public school. Minnesota has relaxed regulations for homeschooling, but it's still not a free-for-all.
