Do we know if we should expect fireworks based on his personality?
There are lots of video of Dave; it's just scattered about. YouTube's a good place to start -- he has a channel -- but if you want to alternate between bored and bemused, check out his Facebook! On the occasions that his hearings have been broadcast, he's been reserved.

Warning RE: his Facebook videos. If you don't enjoy his song "Chump" the first time you hear it, you're better off just moving on with your life, ha ha: 🎶 I like it when you lieeee to me, I tell myself!🎶

There was a great hearing where he was being presented with charges, as part of a general cattle call, and watching the inmates faces when he was before the judge was fantastic.

I've got a lot of Dave stuff in my archive, and I'll start uploading it to Rumble this week, once I clear some tasks out. I'll make a playlist for the group and share the link. I've also got some Katelyn Burns videos to upload, so I'll make a playlist for those, too.

I'm personally expecting a Pat Tomlinson-esque attempt to get his version of the story out, having it quickly shut down, and then the cooler heads of literally everyone else involved in this whole thing to prevail. Mostly an anti-climax, but with a few moments of his true pathetic, narcissistic nature flashing out when it can.

He's built a few guitars for me and done a great job,

La principessa naturally has her own personal luthier. Buying off the peg is for plebs. Imagine working hard to create a fine instrument only to hear it played by Dave. Luckily I doubt Brent breaks too much of a sweat for this client.

From the OP it doesn't look like there's much live footage of the guy, just photos and posts

Oh Lord. What a treat awaits you. Scattered through this thread you’ll find video of his awful playing, and more on YouTube and Facebook. There is also the classic audio recording of his creepy voice as he argues with his poor father which should give you a good idea of his preferred tactics when dealing with authority. If that’s not enough, check the videos of him on YouTube when he was PR for the atheists under his original name of David.

If we’re lucky he’ll throw a tantrum in court, but he’s more likely to whine softly about all the injustices he’s suffered at the hands of a pair of retired cancer docs and his twin brother Andy the corrupt cop (big brother Jeff’s obviously a bastard too, but he’s not usually considered part of the conspiracy).

Depending on his attorney Dave may try and put the whole system on trials. That will last about 2 minutes and then a boring trial.

Well fuck me, I should have highlight skimmed more. I guess I know what I'm doing while the court is being late and gay about things.
Check out the last live videos on his Youtube. There are 3 videos and 2 of them are of him actually stalking his parents and he never bothered to delete them.

I won’t be able to monitor the whole trial but I was able to log into Webex and was put in a waiting room. Just use anonymous and anonymous.com for email

Missouri Courts site states there is no virtual hearing. My guess is without contacting the court ahead of time they believed no parties would be signed in online and did not start the webex. 1755094883039.webp

I wonder who the other 6 people are... show yourselves!

My understanding is that the hearing not being virtual just means that the participants have to be there in-person. If the judge broadcasts their courtroom then it will still be broadcast.

I like my interpretation better than yours, but currently the evidence is pointing toward yours being the correct one.

I'll never dox myself to you, no matter how nicely you ask!

If it says you're in a waiting room with 6 other people then I think you're in the same boat as the rest of us. Court starts on court's time sometimes.
No, I've ticked the box to agree to the terms but haven't gotten the pop-up for the room as seen in lol cow supreme's post. I followed the instructions here, but no luck. Maybe my VPN is fucking things up. Oh well.
Never mind, you can just enter directly through the link under the judge's name here, no account required.

Good Morning! Today is the day! I am a bit concerned. It says that this isn’t scheduled for virtual on casenet.

I tried to tell you guys, that shit only gets turned on for a virtual hearing, somebody would need to call and convince them to start it up special, which is totally at the judges discretion. Missouri is generally a no cameras in the courtroom state.

I think the number you want to call is (573) 886-4060 and ask for the division 3 clerk so you can request that WebEx be enabled for public viewing of the trial. I'm not calling the court from my work phone for you retards, lol.

I was able to make it to the court in-person. So far it has just been voir dire, jury selection. 65 respective jurors in total. Not much has happened yet. I'm taking notes and will give a longer length synopsis once today's trial is finished and I've left CoMo.

Kiwi New Service is on the ground again!

Court has been recessed for lunch and will be back in session by 2:30. The remaining jurors have been sworn in, and evidence is next on the menu :woo:

Sorry for the minimal updates, but I'll get my notes in order and make a larger post about the trial later today after it is all said and done.
