I think that Patrick is at this very moment in the process of inventing yet more delusional and violent ways of expressing himself. What makes it great rather than monotonous is the tension between his anger and his desire to avoid bans and to appear like a literate, sophisticated author. Without the latter factors, he'd probably just be telling everyone who messages him, "Fuck you. I'll kill you, dickhead," which wouldn't be nearly as funny or distinctive.
