Intrusive thoughts, does arbitrary (and damaging) ritual, silences intrusive thoughts, brain encodes ritual as providing relief, now it's a compulsion. This is the same thing as the dude with TBI earlier. If the experience of authentic trans "gender identity" is indistinguishable behaviorally and motivationally from someone with acknowledged extreme obsessive tendencies or someone with literal brain damage, then what exactly is it. Where does gender identity exist that it is unaffected or even revealed by the damage? Somehow Gender Identity is more real than the actual brain it apparently exists in.
For me it's the opposite. The more I think about it the more plausible it is that he was being creepy.
Guys in general don't even want to be seen in the women's section in supermarkets, let alone near women's underwear. sections without a woman with them because we all know it would be creepy to be seen alone checking those out.
Also. It's a little girl isn't it? Who in their right mind would approach the kid and not the mother instead? Hell, you don't even have to approach either, just holler at them and say "need anything miss?".
Most employees will also ask you if you need anything in general, they'll never ask for specifics because the customer will be the one to do that. If they are in the underwear section then you can just wait until they look at you or they approach you instead.
The most generous guess I could give is that he approached the girl because he probably thought that she wouldn't be judgemental and just wanted to feel "normal", completely ignoring that he is Goliath compared to that girl.

Ryan trespassed on a farm riding his motorbike with the drone he's using to record local scenery and he ended up pissing off a family of hicks who threatened to call the police on him, Then to shoot and bury him at their farm for it if he didn't get off their property.
Rather than simply apologize and leave, Ryan proceeds to smart off and argue with the older guy who pulled up on the 4-wheel vehicle by saying things such as "my family own three businesses!" and "I don't have to ask permission, This is a public right-a-way! I can do what I want!"
The usual activity, Shitting up the Twitter feed while bursting into random threads to boast and argue. Typical sped behavior, Really.
