Because I'm MATI, I thought of a few ways to build off of the trans flags and make things a little less annoying.
1: turn it into another country flag. I think Argentina is the closest, but Guatemala, Israel, Nicaragua, and Honduras are also pretty close. You can get creative with it.
2: Turn it into another pride flag, like the objectum (many objectums are also trans) or demigirl flags. What are they going to do, erase these equally valid identities? How could a pride flag be hateful? It would be unethical of them to change it, despite the fact that these are rather obscure identities compared to being flat out trans.
3: Penis.
4: Join in on the deltarune fun and cover the entire flag with FRIEND. I like this one a lot, since it builds on the void trend that was popular with the original place and isn't too overtly deltarune-y.
5: Spread kiwi joy.

This might be stupid and fruitless but hey, I'm bored.

This would probably be the best idea if you wanted to false flag. It could get you banned depending on how active the mods are on the whole griefing rule, but the idea of pitting Deltarune fags vs Troons is very funny.
Speaking of banning, has anyone seen anyone else get banned yet? I know there were people going around drawing swastikas and links to Soyjack on the map, surely if anyone would get banned, it would be them, right?

The servers don't seem to be working atm where I am, and I haven't drawn anything that would anger the jannies.
 
Decided to check out the Reddit and apparently they're undergoing maintenance (alongside their Discord being temporarily locked down) because of "racism and bigotry"

The only "fix" they would even have to make is region-locking people to their country to prevent trannies from spamming their flags everywhere. What's the point of a world map version of r/place when dipshits from across the sea can muck up the work of locals for easy dopamine and Discord updoots (gaiz look I drew a troon flag over JKR's house, I also added Spamton from Deltarune next to it!!)?

99% of what's drawn around Japan, Korea, China, Russia, Israel, Gaza, etc doesn't come from the people who actually live there.
