It's not even about trans stuff with normal vtubers, it's just considered casual for people to use female avatars with full male voices, not even the voice changer. After all, the point is that you're supposed to be watching the model on the screen, not the "fleshtuber" behind the scenes. Granted, they're never as popular as vtubers whose fleshtuber matches the model, but then again Vtubing is very centralized to specific talents. Not enough watch time for everyone, and all.
