This is a little disconnected from the thread, but what is up with so many people who would be killed or shunned by wingnats/nazis wanting to act exactly like them? I've intentionally avoided this sector of the internet for the longest time because I found it bizarre and repulsive, so I have to ask: is every "VTuber" like this? A homosexual man with a voice changer trying to act like some cutesy uwu anime waifu girl to get donations from lonely men? And I thought Twitch thots were bad.

That disconnect (and most likely influence from other "lolicons") causes them to seem like they have the "mental defect" you mentioned.

Most vtubers are ugly, unhygienic women with no dignity. Every vtuber I've seen will do one or more of the following three things: actually be a pedo, defend/run cover for pedos, or intentionally appeal to pedos. To actually answer your question, male and trans vtubers are far less common than female ones. You get the occasional tranny like Kenneth, or even a "femboy". Regardless, most vtubers are some flavor of sexual degenerate. Best to just mock and expose the community of freaks.

They're not voice changers, they're more like MIDI instruments, but syllables instead of individual notes. Works well in Japanese since the language is more made of syllables than individual letters like English.

That's even worse. I didn't even know it was possible to get any lower from Twitch thots selling their bath water, but here we are. Instead of selling their body they're straight up selling a LARP and an illusion. What's even the appeal, anyways? Is it literally just a synthesized form of Twitch thots, or is there something deeper about it? I just don't see the appeal of a fictional anime girl waifu heiling Hitler.
