Interestingly I noticed the Independent published JK's age but no-one else's. Almost like they are trying to paint the people opposed to her as some of the young, hip crowd as opposed to middle aged men.

I hadn't realized that Jerick was only 37. When I saw him in Dr Who I would've thought he was at least as old as Rowling, not decades younger.

The casting in this really shows you how irrelevant their screeching is - Hugh Laurie, Riz Ahmed and Matthew Macfadyen are certainly people who could easily pass up on this project if they feared backlash impacting them negatively. But you know that all these BlueSky trannies will buy it and listen to it.
 
Man, I wish all those people were actually based and really did openly admit that they don't give a fuck about degenerate freaks, but they probably just enjoy doing their jobs, which seems to be an unfamiliar concept for trannies.

Unrelated, but I found out that the women's restrooms at a cinema chain in some locations in Germany have a Harry Potter theme. What a genius move to keep the trannies out. The men's room has a different design.

Well shit, they should have cast him as Snape in the show if they just wanted a non-white guy. He's not pale but he can pull off the cadaverous creep look way better than the token black they cast now. Missed opportunity. That whole voice cast looks pretty great to be honest.

It's also voice acting, so it ought to be all about how the actor sounds, not how he looks. I'd like to undo the damage to VA casting caused by "The Problem with Apu".

The Problem With Apu was just the beginning. That shit came out in full force after George Floyd, and that’s where everyone really started going “oh this character’s a person of color so they have to be voiced by a person of color!!!”

Seriously George Floyd’s death ruined everything good.
