This thread is on my watchlist primarily so I can see when these shitbrick excuses for parents finally get their asses arrested. With all the publicity they're getting, it would make the Child Services of that county look terrible for not doing anything, and I know damn well they don't want that.

on lolcow they think mike and piggy had legal or PR advice by someone, which would make sense as i dont think either of those two would have the mental capacity to think about such an apology video. (although it looks still bad).

they sound like they're reading off a teleprompter lol. the fading in and out was probably when they forgot their lines

the funniest thing is that their very first video was the xbox smashing one. they can't even try to say they got out of control when they were doing that from day one... there are plenty of popular wholesome family channels that are just cute videos of the family doing nice things or harmless pranks. they decided to act like idiots and abuse their kids on their own accord.

Not everyone can afford therapy? Dunno, but she's not the only one. What they're saying isn't much different, but I chose this one because she mentions CPS being shitty.

Well they're screwed on that end either way. No matter how much they apologize, after the whole WSJ advertiser fiasco youtube isn't going to monetize anything that even resembles child abuse. Even without the controversy around them their channel would be going down the shitter because none of it is advertiser friendly.
 
Well I just got caught up to this and I have to say my day is ruined.

I have to say though, Cody sure is taking it better than I would've. If I had a dad like this, I'd punch him in the face whenever I could.

Cody really does seem to have strong character. I'm a damned adult without special needs and I'd go nuts after a day of living in a house full of screaming retards breaking my shit. He's much more eloquent than his father, too. I wonder where he gets it from.

Mike has the same stupid expression he had on back in the "The videos are fake" video and is holding his head down and Fatty McLardass is making a pouty face so fake it could be her selfie angles.
It's absolutely disgusting to see her fat blubbering lips smack and show her disgusting discolored whitish tongue while talking.

I don't think the Xbox destruction prank was their first video. But, it was their first video that went viral and gave their channel some
popularity.

I can only hope they're being sincere in their apology, but I doubt we will see much follow up.
 
This has been the absolute worst week of their life? I'M SO GLAD. Their kids had months if not years of their lives ruined, and will be lucky if they don't need any therapy in the future. If those idiots think anyone will have any sympathy for them they are very wrong.

They're not sorry. Those fadeouts were because they didn't have the right thing to say the first time, so they went at it again and again. Most likely they filmed their apology video several times and sliced the best bits together to make themselves look good.
