All I could think of was the scene in Wishmaster 2.

tl;dw: A prison inmate tells the Wishmaster he wishes his lawyer would go fuck himself, not actually meaning it. Later, the inmate gets a surprise meeting with his lawyer, who's promising him an early release or something. Inmate is happy, but then his lawyer's body contorts almost like this Mald animation and he begins to literally fuck his own ass.

As far as Meat Canyon or online animation satire goes, this is actually pretty tame. From the audiences perspective it's "look at this guy self destructing in real time, Ain't it horrifying to look at?" but from Thors perspective it's "Deep down you know you did this to yourself. You can cut your losses but anything you do from here on is on you."
