I’m also tired that she still isnt a proper normal organ of my body yet,
OT:
I had to schedule an MRI yesterday, and one of the questions they asked in the scheduling phone call (after already asking about pacemakers or metal implants, etc.) was, "Is there any part of your body that you weren't born with?"

Was I just asked if I have a rot-dog??

No, that can be plates and implants. Asking "do you have ferromagnetic components in your body" is hard for people to understand, so they just ask for anything and and then can walk through the risks with you.

I mean, I assume that's what the question is for. If they ask about plates in other parts of the form, then maybe it is about you potentially having a skin sausage.

Very weirdly phrased question, for a second I thought it meant they want to know about missing limbs, but then why "weren't born with"? Unless it's referring to a prosthetic then. But you could also be missing organs from birth. Honestly, I would not even be surprised if it was about rotdogs.

the only function she offering right now is getting the pee out.
Silly troon, you do not pee out of your vagina. No wonder they keep dilating or penetrating their urethra.

Last week, TransEnoch showed off a stinkditch that wasn't looking too nice. With some time and the human body's formidable efforts to heal, however, it's looking remarkably less Lovecraftian, though it now resembles a downward-pointing arrow in its silhouette.
I support using a picture of his triangle manhole in place of the KF upside-down pink triangle.
It's not easy being green: long-time purveyors of the SRS thread may find the name phantom1326 familiar, and today, I'd like to give you guys an update on what she's been up to. Her saga was last recorded a few years back, so here's a timeline for those less familiar with this li'l dood's antics in the pursuit of a peen to be proud of. Her latest post, featured down below, shows that her wee willy is sporting such intense bruising as to give her a very Kermit-colored "cock."
Getting a dick installed above the pubes is a bold choice.

You'd be surprised what people forget they have inside them. I've heard of people who were shot with a BB as a kid, and found out the hard way that they still had it inside them when they had an MRI.

Rot-dogs and stink-ditches do not, to my knowledge, have metal in them, but one never knows, I guess.

p.s. Some people do indeed have naturally occurring organs that aren't in the right place, and if you happen to know that, it's a good idea to tell them so the radiologist isn't too freaked out.

You can also have surprise things inside yourself you learn about after a surgery: surgeon found a mass of scar tissue that was interfering with my bowels. Had no clue i had it, was removed as a bonus. Spooky shit.

Seems like they're trying to couch it in terms that won't have Pooners accusing them of Misgendering/Hostility/some BS, i.e. rather than directly ask the 5'1" balding woman with the frog voice "Do you have a rotdog with an erectile device?", staff can make it a broader question.

"Is there any part of your body you weren't born with?"

"Well, I've seen pictures of myself as a baby and I don't think I had these enormous cans."

I wouldn't be too surprised if there was some metal mixed in; don't forget that troons in the 70s and 80s put plaster and insulation foam into themselves before surgeries were around/affordable enough to fuel their delusions. There was a lot of DIY bullshit going on back in those days that makes the stinkditches and rot dogs of today look hygienic and revolutionary.

Some Pooners get a bendable metal rod installed, to simulate an erection.

is it common for surgeons to do their consultations on WhatsApp?!
For foreign surgeries, first consults on WhatsApp are the norm. You get a second consult in-person where they feel the skin, jaw, muscles, etc and get a better idea of whats going on.
No ones flying to Korea and back for an in-person consult just to fly back several weeks later unless you have money to burn or are in the operating country for other reasons like business.

Apparently his lower lip and chin are stuck that way, with the lower teeth showing.
The South Korea clinic is correct. Dudes chin is so recessed that it looks terrible. Because its so small, its part of the reason why bros face is melting like a wax candle. It also looks hideous too, he has more a witch chin. The implant was done in an attempt to make his face look more normal, not masculinized.
"For this reason, the doctor suggested using an implant to restore support first, and then doing a lifting procedure afterward so that the lifting effect can be maintained properly"
Again, SK clinic is correct, they are restoring a severely botched chin on a tranny nonetheless. An American clinic likely would have done the same. Facial harmony is a science and if tranny wanted a good facelift, then he would have understood why. Revisions on botched cases like this are hard and the patient being a delusional troon never helps the situation. I've seen botched foreign cases, this isn't one of them. Dude was a difficult case from the start and had unrealistic expectations.

When its medical tourism yes. Most people flock to Korea, Turkey, Mexico etc because its cheap, even with travel and hotel. If they had to travel to get a consultation, before going under the knife, it would get up there in price, so they risk it. What could go wrong?

If you are thorough in your research, do all your homework right, and pick the right surgeon, the value in going overseas is superior than getting surgery in the US.

Reason being, if you get botched or are unhappy with in the US, its neigh impossible to get justice in the courtroom if you decide to sue because of high litigation costs and legal constraints. Malpractice lawyers won’t touch cosmetic cases unless you got seriously disfigured or almost died in the OR. Some doctors will settle out of court if you sign an NDA, but this is uncommon.

If you are unhappy with your results or get botched overseas, theres virtually no recourse either, but at least your bank account isn't as empty than you did it in the US.
Double-post, but I don't care.

Going somewhere you don’t speak the language is crazy bold. I vaguely remember a troon who went to, idk, Thailand? and he was dilating his crotch wrong for a while because there was some miscommunication between him and the staff. I wish I could find it! Alas, too many troons have been botched overseas so it’s like finding a needle in a haystack.

Maybe AI will be able to create a fully functional stem cell based pussy in the future. I can't wait for DEI vibe-coded genitals. @grok give me a 13" dick
horrible waste of organogenesis future tech to do that. If we could just grow organs in the lab (and someday, that may be possible) it's gonna be livers, pancreases, hearts, kidneys, lungs.
As it is that's all conjecture. The best we got is like, cell-cultured muscle tissue from animals that could be used as ground beef. Prime steak it is not.

whole organogenesis is a goal but we are not there yet. TBH I think genetically altered pigs are going to be the more fruitful path to getting extra human-compatible organs, but do you think the troons would really want a pig vagina? (who am I kidding they'd jump for it)
Nah, he knows it won't, he's just desperate to have incrementally better less bad results than what he has now.
Michael Jackson is the object lesson in not getting more work done than you need.

Informative, my instinct was that the SK clinic probably has it right and he got his face seriously botched in Montreal, but when the patient has unrealistic expectation and the floor is so low (most SRS/FFS/troon doctors seriously don't give a fuck from what I can tell) it's hard to say.

I just... wish... he would post an after pic from the SK surgery! Inquiring minds need to know if they fixed his saggy jaw and mouth and eyes that don't shut all the way on their own like busted window shades!

I recently read a book called "Jesus and John Wayne" which was a best-seller a few years back. The author had a chapter where she discussed Christian marriage and sexuality guides from the 1960s and 1970s, and one of the more common questions was, "Is it OK for a Christian woman to inject silicone into her breasts?" No, it isn't, for the same reason it isn't good for non-Christian women to do it either.

Here's an interesting one. Specifically MtF transexuals (pre and post op, but this is the SRS thread, so I'm talking post-op here) insist that if they go into a male prison they'll be immediately assaulted by every guy there because they'll be seen as a woman. They NEED to go into a women's prison. Never mind that MtFs retain the same pattern of offending, violent crimes and re-offending as males. Never mind the existence of segregation units. They NEED to go with the women or there'll be a line of men wanting to sexually abuse them!

I don't know enough about what it's like in the American prison system, but I can't really imagine that happening in the UK. Though I never came across a MtF, I think the population is miniscule, the scenario regurgitated about post-op MtFs in prisons in the West seems like something out of rape porn and less like reality. Physical violence, maybe, there's a lot of fighting, but no dude is that desperate he's going to fuck inverted penis. I can guarantee you he'd say that would be gay. Any straight guy who doesn't fear for his job or social standing thinks it's a "little bit gay", even if he's a raving leftie.

I don't give a shit what cosmetic surgery people have. I quite like seeing the attempts to tape together what medical science does not have the ability to create. You make your surgical beds, you lie in the complications of them. But if you are an MtF demanding to be put in a female prison, you need to be put with the sex offenders.

Also, if there happens to be one of you surgery-having gullible folks on this thread- please stop jamming your fingers into your neovagina to spread it apart, or tugging at your neopenis to measure it up? 8/10 photos of bomb-site genitalia in this thread involve some sort of pulling or tugging or spreading of a fresh surgical site. Don't be fucking nasty.
