I think he's simply a psychopath. Look how he describes the aftermath, in terms of his own fears "I misread the situation, you're entrapping me'. - but he simply declares to her 'she knows she liked it' because how she actually felt wasn't important because she's not a person to him. It would explain everything - he's smart enough to seem normal, plan ahead, manipulate people, lie and anticipate being framed, but he's so self-serving and shameless about it that people who deal with him find him off. He's still prone to doing dumb immoral shit from purely selfish urges then thinks about damage control later. He doesn't defend himself over the SKGs thing or fight back over his ego or even admit he was wrong because he's devoid of empathy and doesn't feel guilt - he literally doesn't care what anyone else thinks.
Normally the timing of something like this kind of allegation when the accused is in the hot seat would be good reason to hold off, but it's so consistent with his unrelenting shamelessness that I also believe that story of him meeting up with that young girl that he tried twice to damage control.
