Syria has laws regulating the solicitation of donations, particularly those involving entities or individuals outside the country. Syrian law requires organizations to obtain approval from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MoSAL) (MoSAL) before receiving any funds from abroad. Additionally, any association wanting to receive money from outside Syria must first get authorization from MoSAL.

Even for fundraising within Syria, an association needs prior approval from MoSAL. This is outlined in the Executive Regulations according to Human Rights Watch.

Does that make any sense? If I didn't show her, I would get accused of making her up for money. How is it also ok for a certain reaction channel to exploit the poor in Syria by asking for donations just to spite me or try to look more charitable than me when I have no control over how many donate etc? This person didn't care at all about this cause before I came here. THAT is exploitation, in my opinion. Sasa's family is aware of reaction channels and hateful people online and we will not give it any more attention. We are just trying to do a good thing. Now people ask me if I regret using the R word. It always comes out when I am super super angry and I never use it against people with special needs BUT honestly, now having a personal relationship with Sasa and someone with special needs, I do feel bad for those past actions and will never use that word again. She is so sweet and deserves the world.

How can they be helping when her description is the same copy pasta promoting memberships, cameos, and PayPal, merch? Will she take a percent of those sales and put it towards the girl? Because, she's going to have trouble separating those revenues based on time of purchase. Ultimately, even if she raises the funds, she still pockets from the undisclosed income garnered from attention and spotlight traffic into other revenue streams.

Her best way would have been to promote some local entity or third party, but as she is the cow wrangler of these funds we know we can't trust her intentions, her math, her track record, anything.

We can't trust Guntal in any capacity whatsoever because at the age of 41 she's the exact type of predator society will identify and punish time and time again: credit fraud, identity fraud, theft by false pretenses, illegal fundraising, forging documentation, financial abuse of dependents or family, you name it.

I don't think he's doing this for profit for himself or for Chantal. He's doing this to establish himself in the community. He's trying to build his wasta so that he can work his way up the societal ladder and make more connections.

He doesn't want to be seen as the foreign loser that grew up in cushy Kuwait and married a hog, he wants to be seen as the generous, charity-driven, successful manager of his weight-challenged social media star wife.

There's no better way to ingratiate yourself with your local community than running charity drives for vulnerable kids. This is all being done for appearances and personal benefit. It's incredibly see-through for us, but I wonder how the community around them is interpreting all of this.

There's no way this will register as even a blip on whatever constitutes as the law in Syria, it's got years of rebuilding before they worry about a fat freak grifting off a tard without permission.

Call this wild speculation, but I don’t think that this WAS Chantal’s idea.

I think word has gotten around after she has filmed in that woman’s kitchen, and likely shown off to her that she has a YouTube channel that makes money. Now just like the ‘water money people’ who come knocking every few days, suddenly she’s made herself a target who can’t say no to going live with some stranger’s down’s kid, because she is a giggling, people pleaser.

If she gave that woman any money or food for filming in her kitchen that day, word will have spread quickly.

She can’t even put her foot down to opening her front door when the local kids ring her doorbell to laugh at her ffs.

I can confirm that as someone who deals with a fair few spaz kids, the browns tend to have more of them.
That said they also have more kids in general so maybe its a numbers thing. But its a pattern I (and others I work with) noticed. White kids tend to be autistic, brown kids tend to be mongs. chinamen and chinamen women don't tend to have retarded kids (they probably smother them as babies idk)
