Gex is pretty dam obscure as mascot characters go. If you asked most gamers to name a 3D platformer mascot character most people would say Mario with a few Crashes and Ratchets in there, basically no one would say Gex.

I played Gex 2 as a kid and it was one of the 'best of the discount rack,' nobody wanted it, it was difficult and janky, the jokes were 10 years out of date on release.

I did play the shit out of it for cheap though and I remember getting the Warriors reference because my Dad had 80s nostolgia for it.

Other great discount rack game on N64 was Buck Bumble, came out too late in the platforms lifespan and was too off beat to sell well but was just fun.

Good kids media should be designed with the intent to help your child grow. When you look at modern Nintendo shit, it really seems no better than Cocomelon because it indulges kids on every level and overstimulates the shit out of them while simultaneously teaching them nothing.

Yeah honestly even with my enjoyment of the game it really is braindead in its design. I played dark souls 3 when I was like 12 and I didn’t need it to be retardedly easy for my kid brain. No wonder kids are treated like literal idiots. They aren’t given anything to grow their brains from a young age.
 
I have been watching some of his doomer hour streams that another user has been reposting on Youtube and I find them entertaining to listen to. He really has been buck broken by life at this point.

It's insane i know a lot of people feel like 2016 was like the last good year of entertainment but I disagree, it feels like 2011 was the last time entertainment (movies, games, tv shows, manga/anime comics) were good and up to 2014 it was decent.

Video games have declined overall imo since 2011, movies became stagnant and wanted money more than creating art (hence the superhero spam, almost like cowboy era movies that died out)

Anime has become less interesting overall and just shits out dogshit isekai's and shitty shonen (the big 3 was the template for shonen and the copy cats mostly suck like my hero deku cryfag and demon slayer aka gay soy samurais) Comics have been declined though since like 2007.

Tv Shows just feel like the same-ish type of shit, super telemundo drama mixed into whatever genre.

Sadly we need a industry crash for entertainment ALL AROUND.
 
How did I go through a whole weekend and change without a stream from one of these two? Is Synth too busy cooming to Blue Archive and adding loops to the noose? Did Debbin eat another potato?
