Doesn't Zesty read /vg/ tf2 posts about him if he's brought up? This thread already has some fair critiques against him, I doubt him reading up here would be any different to how he was lurking on 4cuck.
Not to say your advice is unfounded, as no one has any obligation to read kiwi threads on themselves and getting chummy with posters here is a very risky move that offers no real benefits to them other than a mutual understanding (which can always be faltered as time passes).

true, but generally he touches grass and i think he possibly noticed and knew about this thread before that bookmark reveal (see when he gave us a neutral shoutout in one of his streams)
i'll make a guess and say that he sees this thread as a parenthesis and he mostly leaves it at that, guess stands on the fact that he most likely knows that making any noise on reading this would probably stir shit that doesn't need to be stirred.

Admittedly it is pretty suspicious but I feel like if you’re someone who goons to anime shit, you will probably end up associating with lolicons, whether you do it on purpose or not. Not really an excuse, but more of an explanation. Lolicons have infiltrated the weeb community; I think a lot of anime fags are just blissfully unaware of the sheer infestation of pedophilia in the community and even the shows themselves. Maybe I’m just giving excuses for him but until there’s solid evidence I’m assuming he’s just a turbo sperg.
