Tbf, this recent batch of dogwhistle videos covers particularly stale memes.

The cobson video might be worth watching. It contains an incredibly abstract and wrong explanation of how a soyjak is used, because he for some reason decided to shy away from relating the thing he is talking about to a soyjak. I'm feeling Card could help out fellow progressive organizers and subreddit moderators more if he had compressed things a little bit here.

It feels like he's going to entirely miss the window in which he could use the JTH/Pirate Software drama to grow his channel. Jason lost already in a narrative sense, people are going to move on and aren't going to give a shit.

Card should have dropped what he was doing and hustled a decent video out as fast as he could instead of fucking around on the farms.
 
With the exception of Incredible Gassy, it looks like the other dogwhistle vids that go beyond 1k mark are also memes that afaik are super recent and popular. I've been seeing a lot of George Droyd and Anne Clank memes and it's crazy to see how much people are willing to joke hate on the nig messiah Floyd once it's properly wrapped up in 2 flavors of irony.

Card recently uploaded more dog whistle vids. One on Gondola, and the other on Sky King. Here's some Preservetube links again. Sky King video seems to have some bold card enjoyers disagree with the balding monarch about if you can call a story about a man killing himself a "dog whistle" but I've also seen faggots online call Killdozer a dog whistle and kill fantasy so ¯\_₍ッ₎_/¯

This completely fails to explain why this would be a dog whistle in any shape or form, he didn’t even mention the “I’m a white guy” thing which would be the only conceivable thing about that event which could even vaguely relate to online rightists. Come on Card, you’re not even fucking trying here. Do people commonly get famous online from not trying?
 
If card's game is to pump out enough mundane content to bore everyone into not caring anymore then he's a genius and he got me. I couldn't be asked to look at his channel ngl
 
You could turn each one of these videos into a 20 minute essay of raw condensed information going into insane detail of how the dog whistles are used but instead it just goes into "and that's about it" A lot of dog whistles are memetics and with anything related to memes/humor, if you want to kill a joke you over explain it. I disagree with this approach for what you want from it. I get that you need to spend 45 seconds saying nothing so the videos don't get auto flagged/demonetized or whatever but please include timestamps to when you actually talk about the dog whistles and what they mean or add graphics on screen of it. Because this is kinda shit

Web design is peak late 90s and could use some organizing, like a Table of Contents with links. You know, to be more usable than this thread.

Right where the first * * * are please add a damned table of contents. Please. I can only slog through the verbosity for so long. The bullets are "OK" but a dozen paragraphs of preamble is not easy on the reader that just wants the info and doesn't care about the opinions.

Also, the thread is dead. It seems the heel turn and digging up the weird stuff killed it.

Got recommended an older video of Card's today about Lovecraft's cat.

At about 3 minutes in, he actually says the cat's name of Nigger Man. Here's a snippet of when that happens.

Uh oh! Card is racist for using the nigger word!
