Most shocking going back trough the thread is how many kiwis had fallen for his facade. Saying how he was the only competent tech guy in LTT and how big of a loss he was. While in reality the guy knew nothing beyond learning the name of a few distros.
 

Another AMD upgrade (they're moving fast on these), this time everyone's bikes are stolen.

The employee, Olamide, is actually nice and doesn't give you fatigue since she's probably from some better off west african country/family, very much an oreo at least for this video. Way better than having poojeets everywhere. Just another soulless live like a big canadian apartment.

I often watch these upgrade videos as second monitor material when playing games or working, but black woman in the thumbnail is an instant skip. I'm not going to watch a tech video prominently featuring a nigger unless it's MKBHD.

The point is that it's cheap chinese bullshit that he gets paid to fuck around with, and his flood of morons drools over because they're all renters with no consideration that this shit just makes living in a home more of a pain in the ass than anything else. The RGB gamer shit in every room? The light switches that aren't just on/off? His "servers" plumbed into the fucking pool and being surprised that when it's hot and the pool is warm it does fuck all for watercooling? I never liked how LTT approached keyboards, booting up MonkeyType and stroking their dick over whether or not they can hit 140 wpm after a few video cuts.
People into speed-typing are going to be running their own custom keyboards or using specialized ones. Anyone normal is not going to care. Linus is autistic about everything needing to be data-backed and quantitative so ig typing speed is all they can turn to for that. Not surprised they'd slander the thinkpad nipple because of that.

Other than layout preference, there are very few features that sell a keyboard. And if someone is looking to spend, it's most likely going to be for aesthetics.
