IANAL but the shit our octoqueen is doing sounds actionable to me. She is specifically going after his livelihood and she is making it very clear that not only is it deliberate but she is proud of it. And she has absolutely no proof of any of her retarded accusations because they are all based on nonsense that OnA trolls are feeding her for fun.
If Rick has any sense about this (unlike most other things) he should be documenting everything this stalker child is doing. The only questions remaining are 1) is it worth the cost pursuing this grifting nobody in court, and 2) will Rick have the balls to go after a strong independent black queen? Hilariously, as much of a belligerent asshole as Rick is, he is clearly terrified of giving her even a mildly stern response, all he tells her are very soft spoken and polite suggestions that she is being tricked by the "criminal cult". She knows she is full of shit and she is using him as a punching bag on purpose, but she is immune because her little black activist larp means he is too cowardly to do anything about it.
