I really wish there was like, a comparison window that showed Id upgrades or whatever and how they differ from the last one. I got like, all my ids to three but not sure which ones are worth jumping to four. Someone told me a bunch of crappy old ids only are good when bumped to four.

Also, is it worth upgrading ego? I got them all to like, two for passive? But it is a ton of thread.

For those who want to speedrun the missions:

Use knight rodion and magical girl don quixote and a third high clash ID like FS Hong Lu. This fight's gimmick is about SP managment but the WP IDs make the gimmick irrelevant.
Set either Rodion or Don into welfare or command employees, then have either of them: Take less than 5 hits or defeat and clash with all 3 swords
Repeat but swap the welfare and command roles of Rodion and Don

Rodion is a very reliable tank that does a lot of damage, you get her best performance if you guard first, and enter pierce mode, where she loses SP (but never corrodes, so don't bother trying to focus on gaining SP with her) You want her to always clash agaisnt the 5 unbreakable coin attack of the knight with her S2 or S3 (or counter if desperate)
Don is a little of the same but you don't have to guard to enter non-SP mode because her S3 already does that. She is more useful in dealing with the swords.
FS Hong is just there to make sure the first turns have one-sided attacks from the knight or swords. Redirect with his dodge and etc, the rest should be easy if you do some surface level reading

For those curious about the reward for completing all of the missions, this is how the card looks like:

I don't know what everyone else does, but I'm pretty strapped for resources too so I didn't uptie my EGOs past 2. I usually focus on EGOs that can heal or apply protection to uptie to 4.

Most times, the 4th uptie is just an increase to the attack weight anyways so it just allows you to hit multiple enemies with your EGO when it couldn't before.
 
Event itself was alright, really hoped we'd get multiple missions rather than a single scripted mission. But it was fun nonetheless and now need to do the missions. Magical Don clash fantastically and can do funny damage. Her going from positive to negative SP is a fun gimmick. Tear Rodion was alright, need to actually read how to use her, but she does good damage.

Rodion is super easy: use her defense skill turn one to instantly get her to -30 Sanity, then try using it every turn until you get 3 Sharpened Tears while having her third skill to nuke the enemy. After that, you'll heal Sanity back to positive automatically, so use defense again and repeat ad nauseum. She’s a top tier Sinking unit.
 
Oh, is it impossible to do the hard version of the event if you just started this game? I see it says level 55 recommend but my cap is like 40, lol.
 
I rolled magical girl don, my suicide is post poned.

also shes not a bad unit at all, shes pretty powerful

Nah, just need to play smart and not get fucked in the first turns.
 
I may have spent 260 rolls to get everything in this Walpurgisnacht, but as a result, I no longer have any EGOs in the gacha (I got 6 different EGOs before having to pity the QoH EGO, without mentioning the ridiculous amounts of ID and Announcer dupes). I'm gonna be relying entirely on fAith to get everything from the collab.
 
I got the magical girl announcer in my 100th pull and then the Magical Girl EGO for Don on my 120th. I am tempted to continue pulling, but I don't have much lunacy to begin with, I will save what I have left for the Arknights collab and other Walpurgis events. I can wait to shard them later.

gee i wonder what this ego gift is related to. Fighting knight of despair made me realize something god i fucking hate unbreakable coins when it does like 60 damage instead of 4 damage
 
DQ VA putting in work. Her lines when you fail a stage are pretty agonizing.

Gonna be hearing it a lot while I get these last few hard mode missions.

Edit:
The hard mode missions aren't that bad. I switched over from a full charge team to a sinking team and had a better time. Molar Ish can just dodge Despair Knight's BS unbreakable coin move. I like these single boss battles instead of "beat 53 enemies perfectly" like the gear church.

Knight of Despair Rodya is really fun to play with and her S3-2 nuke is insane if you get her to 3 swords. Goes so hard

Also there's nutcases in the community that genuinely ship Don Quixote with Queen of Hatred now, yuritards truly are a plague and have no standards. Either that or it's just how the new Project Moon fans are, one of the two.

Can't hardly blame them, Don kek and Queen of Hatred basically become best friends so the yuritards took the chance to go have their fuel refilled with these kind of stuff. And let's be honest, Limbus diverse characters does give them shippers within the fanbase to indulge with that shipping thing, be it yuritards or the fujoshis or the ones those two hate the most, the straight shippers.

But yeah, Don kek and QoH being friends is basically asking for it.

Status is way worse. At least with HP you have many ways to regain it. But status effect Red Coins are basically death counters once it reaches critical mass.

Are there any EGOs to remove status effects besides Merusault on self?

I think this shows that Project Moon really knows their target audience. No way they didn't do it as bait for the yuritards lmao, it's the majority of their western fanbase
I can't really blame them either since QoH&Don looks really forced but given how those types of people tend to see any 2 women interacting as "yuri" the bar isn't really that high in the first place (it's in hell)

I rarely see any straight shippers in the PM community other than a rare sinner pairing and maybe Gregor/Rodya so I assume they just hunted all of them out and that's, while sad, admittedly kinda funny
