Nintendo Switch Lite $150 (& more) - Staples in-store-only VERY YMMV $149.99

At some point, the price is good if it's possible to hack it and fill it with pirated games. I don't follow this scene very closely.
It's been a while since I looked into it, so I don't know if anything has changed. You can get moddable Switches from the original run from Japan for like $150 on ebay, but they don't come with anything but the tablet itself. If you buy some cheap thrid party joycons and one of the jig/payload injector kits that lets you install atmosphere you can play pirated games and homebrew,. I believe you have to redo the exploit every time the Switch shuts down. Keep in mind that's not that often because usually you just put it in sleep mode when you're not using it, but you're probably going to be redoing the exploit 7-8 times a year. It is more hassle than say, using a modded 3DS.

So I just found this video, been out for a year though:

TL; DW not only is there hentai on the Switch, it appears all over the current releases list with no way to filter it. Steam has a bunch of filtering options and parental controls but the Switch doesn't, the guy even made a child account, logged in and all the hentai was still there in the game list. As a kid he couldn't install it without a parental ok though.

It's legit one of the most shocking things I've seen in the game industry. Porn was Yamauchi's original red line, Nintendo of Japan was much less censorious than in the US but they felt that sexual content would indelibly stain the reputation of their company. I guess there were a lot more Allison Rapps working there that they didn't fire. Have they ever made any public statement as to why they're relaxing these standards or has it just been a silent change over time?

The guy in the video also points out that the discoverability of games in the Switch library is utterly abysmal which isn't going to help Nintendo if they want to boost their sales.

I'm fairly certain those "hentai" games only have hentai in the title, not the actual content. Still, it should be filtered by default and such terms shouldn't be allowed in titles.

There are some games with exposed boobs but no genitalia. Most of the time it's just super suggestive stuff.

I remember something about them improving search and discoverability a few months ago. It’s still bad, but not as bad as it was in that video.

I don’t know, the days of blindly digging through the Wii Shop Channel and XBLA (and Playstation Store I guess) for something good are over, especially considering the eShop doesn’t even have music anymore. Open the app, buy what you already knew you were looking for, and get out.

Comicbook.com: One of the Nintendo Switch’s Only Zoids Games Just Disappeared (archive)
This led fans to discuss the game. Many praised the game and blamed the lack of marketing as the reason it failed. Outright Games seemingly did not provide much marketing for Zoids Wilds: Blast Unleashed. This could have been the reason for its low sales numbers.

Others pointed out that the game itself was not good.
Regardless, this does not justify being delisted. This is an ongoing problem with the gaming community, having become a mainstream issue when Ubisoft took down servers for The Crew. Recently, Steam and Itch.io have also removed numerous NSFW games and have likewise come under fire.

i got the new jamboree tv upgrade for mario party but the damn thing thinks my head is a fist because i'm bold.
