I can't imagine how embarrassing it must be to beg the disowned daughter to mow the lawn while a delusional goblin sits in the attic screeching insults all day.
Dayle Lynn is not their landlord, she is Sally's daughter who Chance and Sally have "disowned" for talking to DeathByDesign.

The fact that Sally can't call Lynn herself really concerning as she doesn't want to "upset" Chance. Didn't Raxx threaten her son as well that he'd beat his ass too? I know the family dynamic is all broken/fucked up because of the past and Sally being a terrible mother but at this point if I was her I'd have told Sally that this is for her own good and had Raxx thrown out forever ago regardless if she tried emotional manipulation or threat tactics. Lynn says she "cares" about her mother, it ain't showing.

Because Cyraxx is such a god damn poser that doesn't know jack about metal, little do he knows that Peter Steele, late frontman from a small unknown band called Type O Negative used to do garbage runs, he was a garbage truck driver. The color green that the band uses, including the song titled "The Green Man" is homage to his past as a garbage man.

I don't think Cyraxx would be as resourceful a hobo as Daniel Larson, but my ideal ending to Cyraxx is him livestreaming his death in a cold Akron blizzard mumbling about how he used to have it all and blaming Marty for taking everything away from him.
The most realistic scenario is that he'll lose his phone after not being able to connect to internet by himself, he'll fade into obscurity occasionally being harassed by trolls IRL filming him while he throws trash back, then people will move on and he'll die in some gutter with no one to mourn him. His last footage will be something like throwing empty cans at a car while hurling slurs to the passenger who's filming him
