It's further proof of his extreme narcissistardism. It actually reminds me of one faggot I encountered in a multiplayer lobby, where I glanced at chat to see two retards slapfighting over nothing. One guy was doing the usual "your fuckin retarded man" spiel, and the second guy was all "you can't stop thinking about me," pretty much word-for-word. They would just keep going back and forth like that. One guy trying to convince the other he's wrong and retarded. The other taunting him and soaking in the attention. Genuinely lowkey sounded like he was getting off to somebody having them in their mind, cumsock and all. It wasn't trolling for sport, I can sniff that out just fine, but this was genuine toxic narcissism. As for the "and then everybody clapped" conclusion, I pointed out that the second retard was a narcissist and that the only winning move is to ignore him. Tbh, ridicule is one of the few things that MAY get through to him eventually. Narcissism disorder is pretty much impossible to treat, as people with it are too narcissistic to seek treatment.

We can go fully deterministic and say we're all just spectators of our own psyche, all our choices are predetermined by the circumstances of our birth and upbringing which we had no input in. Then we would all be equally without guilt in all circumstances. Antisocial behaviors of every persuasion are modernly styled as various "conditions". Even ignoring the timing and similarities of the game. Undertale uses gamemaker, it is very odd that a "seasoned game dev" would also "coincidentally" use the same beginner friendly engine instead of using something like Unity or build their own engine for the game.

No one of worth wants to collab with him any longer, and no one but on-the-fringe pariahs even attempt to side with him on anything. It's not even about who's right and wrong, it's strictly about the narrative and about ad revenue, as Mald pointed out.

It's important to not victimize a narcissist, they victimize themselves quit a bit on their own. One of the things they're good at is seeking sympathy, and they know how to weaponize other people's empathy against them.

Let's not forget that Mald constantly misgenders his transgender boyfriend in public. That is not a choice being made for Shaye's benefit, how could it be? It's a choice to protect Mald's image. And it goes on like that for him. Every choice made by Mald will primarily benefit him over others. Always. Even if his decisions secondarily or tangentially benefit someone else somehow.

It's the same reason he wasn't just cheating on his wife, but cheating on his mistress with another dude! Never mind the constant gaslighting and lying he does to the people around him.

Classic nepo baby, within an organization when you cant fire people you just move them around and hope they dont bother, but this guy is such a annoying prick he ALWAYS has to be the center of attention, so he was in QA while the most atrocious release of a game in the history of the entire company D3, and what happens after this fiasco?

He gets... promoted to security? Quickly within what, 2 years he becomes a Senior? even people that become Seniors in 5 years its an accomplishment, this stinks of nepobaby, and then they try and move him to basically a GM role, which is entry level in the company, of course like always he embellishes it, but someone that looks at bots with reduced pay is a Game Master, you basically reply to players to solve dumb issues and look for bots.

His whole experience at Blizz is, apply as dev, get hired as QA because nepobaby, get promoted, royally fuck up, forced to change roles to security, get promoted,(I wonder what happened here), forced to change role to the most basic thing in the company, leaves while trashtalking the company and makes a shit game maker game to shit even harder on the company calling everyone inside soulless robots.

I imagine he doesnt have a mother if his father gives him this much leeway, but really if he truly loved him he should have smacked him around maybe he would be a human being today instead of whatever this is.
 
If he really was a GM at Blizzard, then I wonder what his handle was. People love to screencap their interactions with MMO staff, and this guy 100% fits the MO of a powertripping admin willing to lord his reasonings and judgements over the masses. Surely there's milk of this guy being a condescending little shitstain to innocent, paying WoW subscribers. To some extent narcissit isn't aware of his mental condition but imagine working for this guy who credits himself for literally every aspect of the game. This is discouraging and should have some cracks in team that would spill here and there some minor facts about working conditions at PirateSoftware. Unless everyone there is mentally maimed.

From what I can remember, the entire team of Heartbound consists of only three people. Mald, his pooner wife, and another pooner. Both of the women only work on the art and nothing else.

If he was a true narcissist he would never entertain the prospect of being one. Even with overwhelming evidence to the contrary. He would never consider any part of his psyche being in some way disordered. To the narcissist the world just hasn't come around to realizing his genius yet.
