SHE'S A MEDHEAD!
Was trying to find Anisa's Twitter posts from July 2023 (when her and idubbbz were jokingly(?) considering suicide according to their highly acclaimed podcast) to see if it was similar to the "living her best life, unbothered" posts we are seeing now and stumbled across this post that aged very well.

Man messing with Ethan was the worst thing he could've done (besides marrying Anisa lol). Before Ethan Ian was doing two podcasts, putting out a couple 200k-500k viewed videos a month living in his own million dollar house with $100k in renovations in Seattle with his own boxing event right around the corner.

Now he's doing one podcast solely out of obligation for his patreon members, not releasing any videos and living in his Mother In Law's basement in Canada after being forced to resign from his own boxing event. He must be miserable. If it were me no amount of psych drugs could cut through the massive failure. I think he won't kill himself simply because Anisa won't allow it.

I don't like Ethan at all. He's a slimebag and stereotypical leftist but when you mess with his kids he puts you down like a dog. That's the only real admirable thing I can find in him.

YouTube comeback is practically impossible now since even breadtube audience will now look down upon Ian for not supporting a child trafficking victim
You overestimate the moral principles of the average Breadtube watcher.

I think the real issue Ian will have coming back to YouTube is that his content is just shit, even for the people who claim to have become fans of him because he "changed" and "developed empathy" or whatever.

Doesn't he absolutely hate them? And isn't that why he took Anisa's surname?

Anisa says Ian took her name because she thought taking on the name "Washburn" would be ugly (because "Johma" sounds so much better), and Ian supposedly didn't care either way.

I'm not sure we know that much about Ian's relationship with his parents, besides what he said about his fighting coach shouting at him reminding him of his dad being mean to him or whatever.

I always thought it was weird that part of the movie where Sups lasers all of Tel Aviv and puts the survivors in ship containers and chucks them towards the sun while an orchestral version of Ye's Heil Hitler played in the background but it just gets to show Gunn's grand vision for the DCU.

There’s an alternate universe where Ian makes the documentary about Joji instead of Sam, where Ian complains about how Joji was able to transition from making edgy content on Youtube to getting on the Billboard 200 with his last single, all without self-flagellating himself on the Internet.

He starts wailing “Why did you abandon Anisa and I?” in place of talking about the Kickstarter crap copyright strike.
I think the sadder truth is that there is an alternate universe where Ian does the documentary on Filthy Frank, does it in-universe, goes over Franks lore, his side characters like Pink guy, interviews his friends like Max, Chad, H3H3, etc, all of this being done for the Filthy Frank character, ultimately resulting in the conclusion of the Filthy Frank story.

After said conclusion though there's a cut and we basically enter a "new" documentary about Joji, where it's the same discussion of Joji's background, his life prior to being a star, interviewing of friends like Max, Chad, and H3H3, just with the omission of Frank, and instead of ending with the conclusion of a story like the Frank section, it ends on a bright note about Joji's future, with maybe a potential subtle nod that Frank is still alive in Joji somewhere.

This is just a fanfic ending off the top of my head though, and it likely would never have happened even if Ian wasn't the raped.

Sam did not anticipate Ian to try to make a serious documentary on his life, he honestly just wanted to make something entertaining. Which would have helped Ian if it wasn't for the fact that he went out there to try to shame Sam about some fucking retarded flagging shit half a decade prior. When Ian thought he had a gotcha moment and Sam just shrugged it off by telling him he forgot it even happened, idubbbz died and the raped was born.

I largely agree with this. I think Sam expected it to be like the airsoftfatty piece. Which has huge undertones of mocking the target, but otherwise kind of let airsoftfatty do his thing on camera for content. And I think Sam was fine with that being the setup (his comment was, "its true i have fallen off" in the documentary interview I believe).

And just as airsoftfatty kind of let fatty express himself in his own way, Sam was trying to do that with his own flair (which of course this was going to be Sam's flair, what the fuck Mr Jomha were you expecting).

I firmly believe airsoftfatty's piece was filmed with bad intentions, but Ian got somewhat self-concerned while editing and realizing a mocking tone considering the shithole house fatty lived in would be really fucking malicious. So he softened it, and then got a lot of lib fans/support for the nicer tone, and then he spiraled into what became the Raped.

Part of me thinks he has a lot of guilt over the airsoftfatty piece, but then... not? He removed content cops but not Full Force. He largely ghosted fatty (I guess over Sam Hyde-ties). The dude's brain is fried -- maybe he now thinks Full Force was his high water mark and he keeps chasing that high. I can't spend too much mental energy trying to guess what his SSRI'd self is thinking.

He saw the KingcobraJFS and Shoenice docs and thought he could pivot. I also think he was inspired by channel 5 and thought he could become an indie jurno, also encouraged by Anisa as she didn't want him to do the trolling stuff anymore. Full Force is pretty down to earth so when the train came off the rails with Sam he just sat on the footage for a long time and didn't put it out until Sam decided to up his side of the encounter.

Not sure if this has been posted already but Brandon Herrera, Tectone and Donut Operator shittalk Anisa and to a lesser extent idubbbz in the new Unsubscribe Podcast:

Probably not worth archiving, they don't say anything new. Just love to see it.

TFW you might have to get a real job. Looks like Ian doesn't have that much liquid cash around. I bet the last valuable asset he has is that house he's trying to sell. IDK about taxes, but if they went full frugal, they could make it last. Luckily for us, Anisa burns money like coal.
