The revelation that Ian was planning the Content Cop before the CPS incident even happened is extremely telling, and actually explains a lot. It shouldn't surprise me, but it really does make everything even more shitty. The Johmas didn't just have a kneejerk reaction to getting into a fight with Ethan. They were planning to backstab him for months and only used his "mean words" to make themselves look more justified. The CPS call didn't get mentioned because they didn't give a damn about it.

she’d have to realize her problems are the result of her not some external boogeyman, and then “submit” to actual therapy that would work to address the issues such as Dialectical behavioral therapy DBT. The biggest issue is people with cluster B type disorders most lolcows fall under this don’t believe there’s anything wrong with them, so they’re unlikely to ever work to address their issues. Whatever therapy her, and the raped are involved with with is probably just general talk therapy. Talk therapy isn’t helpful for narcissism it simply provides further validation.

Ian will likely never escape Anisa’s grip. She has deliberately isolated him, cutting off his support network so that hers is the only voice he hears. Anyone else in his life is probably painted as a threat, regardless of who they are.
This strategy works because Ian already has a strained relationship with his parents and has distanced himself from old friends. I had a close friend in a similar situation. He was being abused by his female partner, and it took over a year of whitepilling him before he even began to question her behaviour. Encouraging him to spend time with others and hear different perspectives felt like asking him to amputate a part of himself. But eventually, he did and left that bitch in her crackhouse.

Ian will likely have to go through a similarly painful process, if he ever does at all.

Even the Hasan stuff probably links to this. Ethan and Hasan break up and she thinks, "oh perfect!"

Since she's on the Palestine side of the issue, she figures that if her and Ian release a video about why Ethan was on the wrong side in the breakup then its an easy way to "steal" Hasan and do epic streams together that'll be way more entertaining than Ethan/Hasan because Anisa thinks she is more entertaining than Ethan.

I saw it mentioned somewhere that the Ethan content cop had been in the works for a few months so the start date for the work on the video might add up to when she came up with her master plan.

Also why neither Ian/Anisa defended Ethan about the CPS call. They knew they were about to snake them in a few weeks. Much like how Sam Hyde releasing his doc got Ian to release his side, all the drama probably pushed him to release his content cop early.

I wonder if the weird, sobbing, therapist bit was meant to be included in a different way but they wanted to get the video out ASAP.

Unforgettably her plan failed for the same reason the video was made in the first place. A man so controlled by his wife that he's given up on his identity will probably not be an entertaining live guest. The cucked will inevitably resign himself to the cuck chair.

Many, many lessons to be learned from this. My big takeaways are:

1. Don't let anyone walk all over you, man or woman.
2. Your parent can't be your parent, especially if they're fucked up too.
3. Don't be a snake. If you have problems with someone, work them out in a civil matter and in private. If they try to escalate past that point or don't listen, that's when you call it off.
4. Don't fall for the "sunk cost" fallacy. No matter how much you've invested into a relationship don't ever be afraid to pull out. You can't get out of a hole by digging deeper.
5. Value respect. Respect for yourself, respect for the people around you, respect for the consequences of your own actions, respect even for people you think are wrong or misguided.
6. Don't stick your dick in crazy.
7. Don't be a pussy.

My theory is that one of the reason why Anisa hates Idubbbz’s is because Anisa is naturally someone with no direction and no control over herself and probably needs someone to micromanage her, but since Idubbbz is a pretty passive person in his private life, she resents him for not restraining her whenever she is about to make a bad decision, and rather caters to her every desire because he is desperate for any kind of affection. This might sound crazy, but imagine if you had a boring partner who doesn’t really care about what you do or give you advice whenever you make a big decision

She has literally said that she needs to be kept on a leash, in those words, live on stream.

Idubbbz has always been the passive player in any content he has been in. But this was not a weakness. It was a strength.
His most notable lines have been when someone else is speaking and then he has the "last word".
In improv this is known as the "Ninja" archetype. The guy who seems like they're not involved until the moment comes for a third voice to break tension.
His role back in the day was to let the 2 other archetypes the "Pirate" and the "Robot" which are the goofball and straight guy respectively, take the lead so that he could be both as part of the punch line. (Frank and Max, respectively)
"I'm gay" was something he was prompted to say as that archetype.
"Hey...that's pretty good" was the same.
"I have crippling depression".
Those lines that people thought were funny all were part of that archetype.
He synthesized the straight man and the wild man, by combining them into something that was cynically humorous.
They're exclamation points on whatever is going on. In the edit, you cut to the next bit.

Idubbbz was the guy who always seemed to have the final word. And why was that?
Because his synthesis was "heres a logical statement, and here's some goofy retardo shit at the same time".
Idubbbz success came from being relatively normal-brained, but with an edge. Now he's got no normal-brain activity and isn't allowed to have an edge.

So its quite obvious that the "true" Idubbbz character is a guy who probably sits there stone faced, and in the back of his mind thinks its all gay and retarded, and doesn't speak until hes "figured it out".
Anisa is the opposite. She speaks out of turn, she speaks for other people, and she speaks without thinking.
And unlike Idubbbz who is willing to say his peace in judgement and move on, she is unwilling to move on from anything, or let anything slide.

People made fun of him for Hasan's dog mounting him, but to me the unspoken aspect of that is actually more important.
Idubbbz would be happier hanging out with the dog than Hasan. Because there's no evidence he likes that guy at all.
He probably likes squirrels more than most people.

All of Idubbbz actions outside of Anisa suggest absolutely no investment in being involved in drama outside of making videos telling people to stop being retarded. Content Cop was calling out drama, it wasn't really drama in and of itself. When you watch all the Anisa era content, it is out of character. It's like he's not above the drama, which is what content cop was about.

Here's a guy who went from going

This is why Anisa has isolated him and ruined all his friendships. Idubbbz happiness came from these relationships, and being a part of it. And honestly, thats the most tragic part. Before all of this Anisa stuff, Idubbbz actually got along with everyone. No one hated him. But, Anisa has no arc. She's the same as she's always been.

Ian has probably been waiting this whole time for Anisa to "heal" or whatever bullshit shes spewing, and gave her enough respect to have her space, and Anisa has taken that as weakness or something because she has an oppositional defiance to authority. Almost every action she takes is in the mindset of some kind of institutional rebellion. Whether its playing lacrosse on the boys team, being an artist without the ability to conceive images in her head, LARPing as a female cop while being super leftist, doing Onlyfans and getting tattoos against her father's wishes, or hating on Ethan Klein to free palestine. There always has to be an element of rebellion against "the father" archetype. So whomever she's going to be with is going to suffer. Sure we can put the blame on Ian for not being "daddy" but who the fuck wants to be stuck with Anisa like that. Fuck that.

Anisa rides this guy ruining his career, and giving him marching orders like Master Blaster
