Aaron probably filed for the melton one at the same time as the Nick one. It explains why he referenced Melton and NLO in the Nick one like he expected it to be clear what that was when h explained other stuff in detail.

If Aaron shows up loaded for bear I think he wins on Nick and Melton. It's hard to call holding the fuck Aaron festival coupled with the IRL appearances at his court date and victory lap to all his IRL hangouts something other than a harassment campaign (keep in mind Nick is maintaining that he is avictim of Aaron this entire time). Like the best defense is "it's all a radio beef, Ya' Honor", but it if was all business it should have stopped once the papers went out. The only person who has been acting right since the papers were filed was Aaron, he's put him self in a perfect position to be able to say that the post court victory lap made something he mostly regarded as online stupid shit into a real-life problem.

We also have no idea what evidence he's going to bust out about the unauthorized computer access.

The case was filed in Stearns, MCRO Number 73-CV-25-5504.
