No it's just Panko's brainworms not letting her ask for a collab because she'd feel too much like she's leeching off Raora. IIRC Panko said they've even met IRL before, but it might be misremembering something they said during a stream so take it with a grain of salt. But they do know eachother since before Yuniiho became Raora.

That would make sense. I remember back when I watched Miia and the Yuri fiasco went down she completely cut her off when they seemed to be good friends before. I tried asking her about it, but she just didn't really want to acknowledge her existence after that point, so I figured whatever she did must have made Miia feel pretty betrayed.
