Three months later he closes on a $1.3 million 3000sqft home on top of his first property. If he needed a facility, he could have just bought land, or leased an existing facility.

Hard to say. Wikipedia claims over 5 million across the US, but they're not typically found in shelters compared to how common they are in pet stores. Knowing their high costs and how much they fucking smell, as well as not being able to breed keeping their population in check, probably helps keep them in proper interested homes.

I was thinking about "everything you asked for and nothing you wanted." He's obviously invoking genies interpreting your wishes literally. Sometimes this is how programming works, but I can't see how law would work that way. First of all, natural languages are much less standardized. Even if a term has a strict legal definition, there's bound to be room for interpretation. Interpreting the law is one of the functions of judges. Also policymaking, especially European policymaking, is consensus-based, (and you could be snarky and say American policymaking is based on lobbying power.) Either way, when you don't get what you want, it's not because you badly specified your intent, but because there are other interests pushing in a different direction. Very much not like a genie interpreting your words exactly.

For an extreme version of this confusion, you can look to sovereign citizens. He's either revealing that he thinks it works like a compiler, or more likely, he's just saying what he thinks makes him seem wise.

I might be late, but: This has to be a reason why he doesn't register his "rescue" properly. All the money from both his "studio," subs/ad-revenus, and ferret donations can be clumped (which has been theorized before) to pay for this building as a mortgage, property taxes and insurance. There would be no other way for a "rescue" to justify buying this type of building instead of finding a lease as you said.

I partially retard this fully retarded statement - The Streamer Awards 2023 was in Feb 2024, not Oct 2023 (I mixed it up with TwitchCon because I'm retarded), so Mald was actually the one with most viewers at the time he received the award (seems to fit the trend: streamer with most viewers win). It's still odd that his channel manages to explode just in time for the Streamer Awards.
