It's fun to laugh at PS for being a dumb faggot but it's kind of scary to think about just how many people with power in the games industry think and talk exactly like him. Totally contempt for customers, no belief that they have any rights, constantly wanting to erode and defy consumers protections at every turn, basically just seeing the customer as cattle that need to be controlled so they can make even more money, and every shitty business practice they do is something they're entitled to and you need to learn to put up with or you're a piece of shit.

and they think its all okay, because they're better than you.

He also was on the QA team for Diablo 3, which was one of the first notable examples of that very problem. So he's just saying shit he thinks people wanna hear.
