How about show some more nice people being killed, too, in place of the Stoliz faggot shit? Like, give IMP a mission only to kill one normal bunch of individuals, then the targets run away, and due to IMP being retarded, they go on a wild goose chase, get carried away in the heat of the moment, and start killing random innocent people.

They kind of have already in the CHERUBS when they were fighting the cherubs, they unintentionally killed pretty much everyone in that theater. Also Millie and Moxxie started just killing random folks in Spring Broken without caring about who their specific targets were. And let's not forget Blitzø's psychotic break in Seeing Stars which caused the death of multiple people who were watching a filming of a TV show. And even though this is just specific to Millie, she did kill a bunch of participants in previous Harvest Moon competitions. Bet those imps probably had family and friends that cared about them too.

The point is nobody really cared becaue these were background, no-named characters. But the moment IMP killed a character we got to know a bit more about, that's when they want to get all surprised that our protagonists can be so heartless. Which the only thing I'm thinking on is..."you're just realizing that now?"

If the show didn't constantly try to take itself seriously with poorly written character drama, this type of thing wouldn't be a problem.

Holding onto ridiculously minor grudges for absurd lengths of time is fairly common in unserious shows (Usually used as a comedic reveal of why two characters hate each other).

It is from the pilot so most likely not canon anymore, but the commercialized they advertised had a client that wanted a biker dead who passed by him while he was burying his girlfriend and testified him in court.

Which is odd, because if you do research, Mr. Rogers was a super open-minded and accepting person with openly gay friends and even let a gay man play a cop on his show. Mind you, his time period was less accepting than ours. Arguably, this is what Viv's sort of people would want.

I guess because he wasn't an advocate Viv puts him in the same spot as she does Scott Cawthon; thinking that all Christians just want them dead.

Stolitz truly is the bane of this threads existence. It's really annoying to me that Viv doesn't understand that being gay isn't as common among people as she thinks it is.

I find it funny because with how progressive she claims to be for the LGBT community, she also has shat on trans men and non-binary people saying they're just confused women, and have stated asexual people to be fake and wanting attention. Of course, now she claims to be asexual along with her bisexuality label so...what does that say about her then.

Besides, the bigger problem with the short IMO is the unfunny anti-humor at the end. When a "subversive" ending feels just as conformant as a "straight" ending, where do we even go from here as a society?

That's a little hard to convey when she still looks like the "cute" furry girl (bait) she's always been. A close of her looking all shaggy and wild with drooling sharp teeth and crazy blood shot eyes or hell a close up of a live action grey wolf with a pissed off growling expression would have been nice. A live action closeup would have literally required 0 effort spindlehorse.

Well, he kicked her out the window, so she probably survived. Thematically it's the same thing, though, using violence to "teach the bigot a lesson." The only highlight of the whole situation was Stolas being a receptionist.

Or, Mr. Wiggles is that healthy. I've seen a myriad of older people who don't look their age, with little to no grey hairs and minimal wrinkling, and still able to do certain levels of physical activity, even refusing help in moving! He could have even dyed his hair and did plastic surgery - mind you, the people saying he's sacrificing kids are usually all for chopping off your tits to feel good about yourself, but apparently, a one-off character cannot color his hair for personal reasons. Fun fact: a lot of special ed children cannot cope with changes and will lose their shit at the slightest change even in a person's getup, like different lipstick or perfume (I know this because my uncle works with sped kids and he tells us his stories and what he learns). I won't put it past a truly good man like Mr. Wiggles to accept special ed kids, so he can take that into account and dyes his graying hairs and even hides his wrinkles so the special kids can feel safe around him. Of course, the chronically-online watchers won't know this or think about it because all they do is stay indoors all day and goon to Loona.

Someone already pointed out the mr. rogers thing but I don't think this is something that's meant to be overthunk like this. This is like seeing the weird little kid that then goes "GROW UP? I'M 38 YEARS OLD!" in flapjack as some sign of his health as if the things meant in any way shape or form to be realistic. This is the issue with changing a comedy cartoon to bad melodrama and then back again for the "shorts" you start fucking overthinking shit like this when the joke is that mr. rogers died at that age and they're killing a guy that's a mr. rogers reference.

If he was married for 74 years then he is way older than Fred Rogers (say he wedded at 18, that would make him 92). This just adds further plot holes like how petty was the client to hold a grudge for that long? Maybe the crew should have looked over that line again during the writing session and changed it so that Mr. Wrigglers was not married for over a half a century! He could have been married for 30 years and in his 50s so he is more like Ned Flanders' age if you want to keep the evangelical strawman. Or they could have played into his age as the final gag of the short where Loona revealing her true self resulted in him dying of a heart attack from the shock.

They were blatantly just trying to find a way to drop a 74 years mention because people know rogers died at that age and it's a "haha I know the thing!" kind of one off thing even if it makes no fucking sense chronologically.

Him being a human grinch in physicality is what bugs me more than anything else. Not a single fucking christmas joke.

The only reason why we got Martha and Mrs. Mayberry to return was because Morgana wanted a canon sapphic couple in the HB merch run. Also Emberlynn is a (most likely) straight women who is horny about men. That's illegal in Viv's yaoi show.

But we will see her in more merch because they got to appeal to the gooners.

I'm going down a rabbit hole of watching HB songs in different languages. I don't think I found a Russian one yet that sounds bad. Since I don't speak Russian, I can't comment on the accuracy of the lyrics or the acting skills of the cast outside the songs but all the songs themselves sound really good.
