Got curious. Seems this is likely based on some sort of report by the Joint Committee on Taxation. Seems to be this report. That video is very edited to be snappy, but looking at the report, it seems like its reporting that there will be an increase of 74.3% in the amount of total taxes revenue being received by the federal government from those under $15k. If I had to guess, this is because many people under that range would simply not be taxed at all, or are able to avoid taxes due to some sort of program and with those programs being cut, the tax revenue is increasing, but in a total value of only about $3.6B added to that total tax revenue.

I know that's not picking crops or whatever, but it's a similar concept. If, for example, a meat plant had to hire domestic workers, they'd have to pay them quite a bit, which would drive up the price of meat by a lot. I sure as hell wouldn't want an 85% or whatever it is pay cut to work in a meat plant.
