If you go to Disnleyland and get drunk, cause a scene and get thrown out. You wouldn't expect a refund in that scenario. And Disneyland is allowed to evict you because of "right to refuse service." Emphasis on service.

In that same scenario, if you were to have purchased a mickey mouse dildo from the gift-shop, you would still have your access to the park revoked, but you get to keep your mickey mouse dildo, because you own that independent of the park. The mickey mouse dildo in that example is your perpetual software license. Emphasis on perpetual.

So really to me, all this means is that faggot money-sinks like world of warcraft will have to stop charging an entrance-fee if they are unwilling to refund the price of the perpetual software license, upon cutting off access to the "park".

The problem with Mald is even if you take him at face value (which I don't..) and pretend he isn't twisting information, he's such a pussy that he doesn't even want to open that can of worms, but it's long-overdue to be discussed. For normal people however, some kind of precedent needs to be penned, or the industry will never correct itself (eg loot boxes).

If he even does throw a house party, it's probably just him and some friends sitting around playing video games while drinking, or just shooting the shit (or fucking each other given he's a furry degenerate).

I highly doubt he's giving tumblers to all his bros at his "wild" house parties because of people spiking the drinks. A way this could get more signatures is for some enterprising youtuber to leverage molds connections to blizzard. People hate blizzard. Orient the video in a fuck blizzard direction to milk the haydurs for signatures.

Depends on the game. I usually support bannings for services you're acting up in. Saying nigger in chat: Chat ban. Griefing in ranked: Can't play ranked. Cheating: Full game ban.
If the ban is reasonable to the offense, then a no refund ban is completely acceptable. But companies play too fast and loose with bans sometimes and should be forced to refund when they overstep.

Hard to legislate this, though.

I don't think so, check the tweet date and he's currently with black hair, so this video is probably from February.

Most videos of this faggot are from streams that happened months ago unless is a very hot topic; either he edits his videos in spare time or he has Jason as an editor, because I don't see how you can take so much time to upload such a simple style of videos.
