Yeah he is imo. I don't really care about him or his crime, but I saw his mugshot and thought he was handsome. He's like an 8/10 in some photos, 6/10 in others. Italian men have a stereotype of being quite good-looking, so maybe he is average for an Italian, but to American women he's above average. Kinda like how Scandinavian women who'd be average in their own region are considered super hot by American dudes who are surrounded by landwhales.

I've seen female criminals get similar treatment by men because they looked attractive in their mugshots. Lots of gross "I can fix her" or "I wish a hot teacher would abuse me" comments. Looks do play a role in how you're treated by others, especially when you're a criminal. I wouldn't discount them in this case, even if you personally think he's mid.
I find it's more so that some people are drawn to a certain type of narrative/romance and are willing to cast anyone in that role as long as they can technically fit rather than a legit halo effect because of looks only. There is a poster in this very thread who immediately began back tracking on how good looking they thought he was when they cooled off from their fanfic ideas about him.

As for foreign elements. A lot of that is exoticism and treating each other as special because of the circumstances.

Lookism is a real thing but for these retards the narrative is an important aspect. Hardly any of these serial killer fucker types would've paid attention to Luigi based off his pictures alone IMO. He isn't ugly but not really the kind that can pull off getting away with shit on looks alone. Conventional attractiveness has a lot to do with good proportions and symmetry. Which he doesn't have all that much.

I hate his big ass nostrils.

I hate his big ass nostrils.
This is not a compliment but I've said it before and I'll say it again: weegee is literally Chrissy Moltisanti, down to the sicilingger hairline and unga bunga brow.

Now I wouldn't know because NO HOMO but I reckon they're both "attractive" and "successful with women" for the same reasons too (personality wise that is, I doubt loueegee was ever cool enough to be in the film biz).

New letters from Luigi. They’re the same “27 things I’m grateful for” list with added notes.

This one was sent to a discord-centered bpdemon and known lolcow.farm tourist Maggie/catboop/shy little kitten. The note references “dank memes” that she sent, and a recommendation to include a margin on FreePrints photos with return addresses.

These are the alleged “dank memes”. The third one is her own post from her Substack.

Maggie is a 40-something year old woman known for bouncing around Luigi discords sperging about Luigi being autistic, her father being autistic, talking about lolcow, and her supposed hypersexuality. In her letters to Luigi, she wrote things like “people told me to stop sexualizing you. Is this a problem for you?” Since Luigi only referenced FreePrints mail in his response, it’s likely he hasn’t seen that yet. He probably won’t care anyway because he’s an attention whore and seems to enjoy bpdemon mail.

Maggie was outed on lolcow once and banned, but came back. The dad post below is definitely a recent Maggie production.

The second recent letter was sent to a Puerto Rican and shared via a redditor. No controversy here. The letter is grateful for “Boricuas” (Puerto Ricans) and the back side discusses collecting and ranking quotes, and a mundane story about meeting an old man in PR and his "resilience" through Hurricane Maria. The John A Shedd quote he is referring to is this:

“A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for."

If you can’t read Luigi’s chicken scratch, a transcript is below.

image.webp Guti0ZyWYAANFpn.webp

“Thank you for your birthday message [redacted] but I'm currently sending out my "official" birthday thank you's with the 27 letter and I couldn't not include you.

I love your John A. Shedd quote! I am a bit of a quote collector and I always save quotes as I encounter them in the world or read them in books. I used to maintain a ranked list of my top 200 or so quotes and that John A. Shedd quote was roughly #10! It's actually a quote that holds a lot of meaning to me, and it encapsulates my approach to life after I graduated college. Taking the path less travelled, moving to Hawaii and putting myself into lots of difficult situations outside of my comfort zone.

I hope you are doing well in [redacted]. I believe it's hurricane season now, right? Stay safe. I spent a month in PR in June 2021, and the storms took out the power in San Juan the day before I arrived. I remember the resilience of the people I met in San Juan as you describe in your letter one man we befriended on Calle San Sebastian was the kindest and most hilarious guy. He invited us to the beach with his friends and once took us out for a midnight cruise to tour various neighborhoods and spots around the outskirts of San Juan. One night, the topic of hurricane Maria came up. He had lost everything. He described his house flooding, and him putting all he could into his car and fleeing with his dog. Then the waters kept rising and he lost his car too. He said the next few months they had no power and no jobs. So he spent a lot of time playing dominoes. What struck me most was that he told the story so matter-of-factly. The resiliency he described was palpable. He was just grateful to be alive, and the experience never diminished his generosity or humor.

[Redacted] abre una Medella y disfruta el sol para mi!
Mucha gracia!”

“Resilience” is a word that he used in pilotsfan2’s letter and now twice more here. It's evident he needs a thesaurus.

i have to disagree with this. maybe i’m alone here but i don’t give a fuck about his crime or the retarded way he tried to pull it off. i think his physical appearance is solely attractive, despite his actions and personality. i don’t care at all about criminals and am not at all familiar with any “attractive” ones either. his pictures alone made me take interest. beauty and attraction can be very subjective anyway; the fact that he isn’t conventionally “perfect” looking doesn’t mean anything to me

Watching the LC weegiewives slowly turn on him was truly a sight to behold and I'm upset that my lulz gravy train got cut off. Luigi is what happens when an autistic incel soul is put into a Chad (compared to the nerds he surrounded himself with) body. Trying to copy Ted K and failing was pathetic and a true "hero of the people' would have planned this out better and would not have gotten caught as quickly as he did. FFS Ted's bombing spree lasted for almost two decades and Luigi got caught after a week. He is not the leader type. He is an easily manipulated, homosocial dork that would gravitate to the nearest surrogate daddy who made him feel like a clever good boy, the kind of person that would fall into a cult and that's exactly what happened. Speaking of homosocial, I saw on LC, some anons were speculating that he coukd be bisexual or gay. Considering that he spent so much time in all male spaces, I don't doubt that he's experimented. He seems like the type who would suck dick for a surprisingly low amount of money. As for his looks, he's not going to end up in a Jeremy Meeks situation but he's no Thomas Matthew Crooks.

This dude was nothing but a flash in the pan. The last potentially based thing that happened before him was Brenton Tarrant and look how his imitators turned out. Frickin embarrassing, from the top on down.
Point being, some limp dick or anemic chick trying to replicate this is going to also be an embarrassment. Cool, some med-nog did away with a guy the industry replaced within a week, now what? Nothing. Stop shrimping over this shitty forced CNN meme

The primary suspect seems to be Froyo, a troll who has been constantly harassing Jules under an alt (LuigiHatesYou56) and shut down her own Discord server after Jules reportedly called the police over this issue. Seeing that Froyo was likely stupid enough to have used her own credit card information to access Jules's OnlyFans, she might be in legal trouble over this as this incident can be considered revenge porn. Documented here are examples of her derangement.
<snip>
The drama and pain around this stupid murderer continue to escalate. Will Jules persevere and stay strong for her community? Will Froyo face justice? Stay tuned.
The bpdemon who has Jules living in her head rent-free, best known as Froyo/Mia Harper, has been unmasked - say hello to Madeline Jewell Smith, a 41 year old Interior Design student at Texas State University, from Austin.
1751755824902.webp Screenshot 2025-07-05.webp

To recap, Froyo has made it her life's mission to take down one of Luigi's multiple-letter recipients, Jules Ghouls. The Weegeewives have a certain affection for Jules because she's one of the few bpdemons that's based enough to show what he sends her in full, and weathers the massive storm of hate she gets. Froyo's attacks were basically limited to xitter harassment until a few days ago, when she took it further by posting one of Jules' OnlyFans videos publicly on xitter under an alt account. Since then, many fans sided with Jules, and Froyo has been silent on her handle @luigihatesyou56 since June 26.

Today she returned on TikTok under the handle reenajpo3hj and went back at it with Jules. Jules and another tiktok user seaya (SorenHarlow on xitter) dropped some hints to her identity in the comments, and the nonas took it from there:
froyo (1).webp 1B0F31D7-8D68-46FF-9015-A6F0DDD9B325.webp froyo (2).webp froyo (1).webp 95CB02D4-0154-4CE1-9026-6A0521A825D4.webp 1751755970209.webp

Although she denies that the photo above is her, it's similar to the AI photo that she posted on her xitter. Madeline (sometimes Maddie) has a history of similar belligerent interactions on her old accounts from 2014-2015. Madeline is also a big fan of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, and her now-deleted Froyo reddit account contained multiple posts about the show and its stars... another connection.

froyo (5).webp froyo (7).webp froyo (8).webp froyo (3).webp froyo (4).webp froyo (6).webp DC690AE7-2F94-41B7-8CAD-05FB0C8F8BC6.webp 4FF30252-5524-40BC-A90E-D67C4959B33E.webp

Madeline has a private Facebook profile, the bio contains only a ladybug emoji and the picture is generic (updated a few hours ago, interesting...) but there are clues: her account is a member "40 Page Faith's" Facebook group, has publicly commented on Luigi news posts, and (maybe a stretch) Madeline had Instagram posts referencing ladybugs. The hashtag #projectladybug is a nonprofit run by Real Housewife Dina Manzo.
froyo (3).webp froyo (1).webp froyo (4).webp froyo (3).webp

With a hint that suggested Madeline studies Interior Design, the Weegeewives found that Madeline is/was an interior design student at Texas State University (as of 2023). She trademarked "The Jewell House Design Studio" in 2023. There doesn't seem to be any traction for it as a business.

This is really autistic behavior. I don’t even care if he actually is or not, I’ll just see it as a hyperfixation (he’s definitely somewhere on the neurodivergent spectrum, in my opinion). And the fact that he does this just proves he’s not deep at all. In fact, he’s incredibly shallow.
He’s someone who’s probably deeply insecure but wants to appear wise and in control. He doesn’t trust his own instincts, so he latches onto other people’s words like a lifeline. And the fact that he RANK them? That’s a need for control, order, and superiority. It gives him the illusion that he’s mastered complex truths, without ever engaging in the messy, emotional, real-life work it takes to actually understand them. Like, how the fuck do you even rank wisdom?

There’s also a power dynamic here. Quoting is a way to assert intellectual dominance, especially when the quotes are from male thinkers, warriors, philosophers. It’s an attempt to align himself with male authority figures to absorb their power by proxy. And knowing how deep he is into the manosphere, most of the quotes are probably from men anyway. Just another version of “men must be strong, disciplined, and take risks.”

He feels things; confusion, frustration, even pain, but instead of processing those emotions directly, he clings to “wise” words to give himself structure. Quotes become emotional pacifiers: they calm him down without ever requiring vulnerability. Imagine being so afraid of your own thoughts that you have to borrow 200 other men’s.

Me, I am certain, and yes his arms but unironically:
View attachment 7544007
Compare this to his other pics from the year before where he's a skinnybean; you do not get a physical transformation complete with cannonball biceps that fast without chemical enhancement, ask anyone who exercises.
That's definitely not just hard work. Slight PL* my ex-husband bodybuilds, his natural build is similar to Luigi, maybe a little heavier but tall and lanky. The only times he looks like the above is when he is on steroids and turns into John Cena lol.

Sorry if I'm repeating what others have said, I personally think Luigi is a handsome man but I genuine believe had he been a typical incel looking guy nobody would give a fuck what he looks like and in all honesty I think that if he was so upset with American healthcare system, he should have researched enough to know at the end of day its the government regulating everything insurance companies do.

Taking the path less travelled, moving to Hawaii and putting myself into lots of difficult situations outside of my comfort zone.”

to be honest, this quote ^^ is what really gets me kek. how tone deaf and self absorbed do you have to be to act as if “dropping everything” and moving to hawaii to be a full-time beach bum is some truly sacrificial, bold act that most people could never even dream of? most normal americans don’t have the time or liberty to just abandon everything and lounge on an island; they have responsibilities, families, obligations. he presents his Big Move to hawaii as some really difficult and taxing life choice— complete distortion of a decision that represents his egomania

You can tell someone is a pseudo-intellectual if they use "the path less traveled" unironically. It tells you they haven't read or understood the Frost poem at all. The poem is about taking one of two nearly identical paths, but romanticizing one's decision in hindsight as having "made all the difference." In reality, the choice between roads was insignificant and random, but the narrator notes that he'll pretend otherwise years from now. Frost wrote the poem about his friend who had trouble making decisions and often regretted his choices. It's satirizing people who overthink their choices when it doesn't really matter, not lauding those who live truly unconventional lives.

It hasn't been mentioned here, but there is a nona theory that Luigi doesn't read letters anymore just Freeprints.
So much for a voracious reader.
His site also tells people not to send him books anymore. I guess he has not been sent enough self help slop or children's books.
This is true. Almost all recent letter reveals either directly reference FreePrints mail (he’s now twice demanded in letters that FP senders add 5% white space margins to their photos so he can “actually reply”), or the sender was separately confirmed to reach him with FreePrints. The theory is that he’s bored of getting 150 letters a day saying “happy new year”/“happy birthday” as he referenced this on his 27 Things list. He also said he will never read most of the books he’s received. I’m not sure if he realizes he’s in prison for the rest of his life.

So I guess it’s fuck you to all of the thousands of unlucky letter writers that reached MDC between January and today. The king demands moar dank memes, peasants! Make sure to add your 5% margins for him or he shall throw a honeybun at J and knock over his apple seed cup with a roar.

There are a few noteworthy themes that arise when making sense of this case. Luigi's guilt is not in doubt given the volume of evidence against him, including his own work where he references Ted K. several times.

1000034997.webp1000034998.webp

As can be seen in the journal Luigi exhibits a very strong egotism, a trait that can also be observed his pseudo-intellectual musings on Xitter.
Ok, so this is just my opinion. But even before his journal was released, I already had a feeling Weegee didn’t do this out of some noble or altruistic reason. And after reading it, I’m even more certain.

His fans, and even a lot of people, often saying, “Even if he did it, I still support him because he sacrificed his life to send a political message.” But did he really do it because he cared about the victims of the health insurance industry? Or did he just do it for selfish reasons because he was angry at his life going nowhere?
I couldn’t give a shit about the ceo.
But the intention behind the action still matters to me in whether I can respect him or not.

Weegee comes off as someone who felt entitled to career success, relationships, and some grand sense of meaning, but the world didn’t hand it to him. So in typical male fashion, he couldn’t handle that. He had the urge to destroy something. What makes Luigi different isn’t that he had violent impulses, it’s just that he needed to make them look righteous.

I think most people (myself included, at first) get the story backwards.
It’s not: he saw the cruelty of the health insurance industry → got angry → decided to send a message.
It’s: he was lost, angry, emotionally spiraling → needed a target → chose the health insurance industry because it was a “safe” villain, one that could justify his violent urges and make him look like a misunderstood hero.

Weegee wasn’t a man who saw injustice and got radicalized. He was a man who already felt broken and needed a narrative to make his pain look meaningful. I don’t see someone who sacrificed himself for a political message. I just see someone who felt emotionally empty, obsessed with being seen as justified, and built the most morally defensible script he could around a violent desire. The health insurance industry message was real, but it was a vehicle, not the engine.

He talks about “not endangering innocents,” public perception, the optics of the act. But he’s not saying this because he values human life. Instead, he’s saying this because he just wants the act to be respected, not dismissed. That’s about ego, not ethics. He’s not even trying to protect people, he is just trying to protect the purity of his own "heroic action". He's also obsessed with how "normies" perceive him, not with the people who are actually suffering. Never once talks about actual patients, human pain, countless people who die because of the system. His concern is entirely with how the story is received and how to make It “self-evident” to “normies". Weegee’s strongest emotion here is disgust at the CEO, not compassion for the victims. In the end, i think the journal isn’t about justice, or revenge, or even morality, but it’s about being correctly interpreted. He wants the cops ,prosecutors and "normies" to see that he’s not crazy, he planned it, and had a noble reason. He just want validation that he meant something. His nightmare wasn’t being hated. It was being misunderstood.

Deep down he didn’t care about justice or healthcare reform or even corporate greed. He just didn’t want to be the guy who kills for no reason, so he picked the most universally hated company and called it ideology. Men often use ideology not to understand the world, but to justify their dissatisfaction with it. Luigi represents a very specific type of man: the “rational outsider". The one who’s praised for being intelligent, logical, introverted, but never taught emotional literacy or humility. Instead of processing pain like a human being, he analyzes it like a puzzle. So when life hurt, he didn’t reach out, he retreated into a fantasy where he could win, be right, and finally be understood.

Another thing that made me sure that he doesn’t care at all about starting health insurance industry revolution, reform, corporate greed or whatever the fuck that is, is just the fact that he never held conviction in anything, even now.
This was shown by his choice of favorite media.
It’s like all these media that he chose as his “favorite” is just his way to proving point that“I’m the most misunderstood and awake person in this world therefore I get punished.”

Anthem“I am not a criminal, I am the individual punished for being exceptional.”
Fahrenheit 451“I am the one who sees the truth in a world full of sheep.”
Your Next Five Moves“I am disciplined, focused, rational, a strategist, not an emotional wreck.”
The American Prospect“I understand injustice. I know the system is flawed, so I couldn’t be a part of it.”
Television: The Drug of the Nation“I am awake. You are programmed.”

Of course, my opinion could change in the future if it turns out there’s more in that journal. But for now, I just think he’s not special. He’s the logical conclusion of how society raises men; emotionally stunted, obsessed with being seen as correct, and unable to process pain without turning it into some self-important narrative.

I think you're right in that he is psychologically the same as all the school shooters, but that's also precisely why he's not the same: because he didn't go shoot up a school or a mall or a massage parlour. Somewhere on LC someone posted that it's an average of 12 years for a shooting to inspire copycats, so he might still in the future and if they're also parasitic CEOS - I'm not going to complain. So yeah he probably sucks but I'm also not wishing the death penalty or anything else on him until 12 years from now if nothing else happens. Not that you seem like you're wishing the death penalty on him either, but other people itt are, obviously.

Taking the path less travelled, moving to Hawaii and putting myself into lots of difficult situations outside of my comfort zone.”

To add to your thoughts to this...the shocking thing to me is that it amplifies the ridiculous level of privilege he must've lived with to think that this was some kind of admirable challenge that he overcame. He made his move in the most padded way possible; renting in a communal "dorm" type situation and moving to one of the loveliest islands on earth. C'mon, now.

re. letters-He mentioned, by the way, in one of his notes that he was "speeding through letters." So yeah, he isn't really reading them all. That simply isn't true.
