Yeah I can't fucking stand Mangs, he's not good at the games he purports to be an authority on and Andaron Saga was uneven dogshit with terrible writing.

That said, I'm not about to push away an ally when our interests align.
Is Mangs the Advanced Wars guy? Advanced Wars by Web is awesome btw. Although it's been active so long you have established autismos who never pull their puches and wreck you if you're new.

I just watched his videos where he played the Advance Wars games without losing a single unit and he did that, so that's all I know about his skill level.

I think you could probably get it for 20 depending on who, but kirshe already has supported it plenty.

We ideally want to penetrate euro markets. IE if you saw a streamer in euro area italy poland ect with thousands of views, THAT would be a good dono target.

REMEMBER especially when spending money goes, you want to inform EUROS. we could have 2 hour informercial in america but it would do fuck all if only americans watch.
Yeah, I just specifically saw Gura's redebut that got up to 200,000 live viewers, surely some of that must be Euros.

yeah but also idk if she would take the time.

I recall the burger king twitch ad fiasco, and they were INSANELY successful with the following strategy.

-find streamers who have automatic bit announcements
-buy the minimum amount for TTS
-TTS blares "BUY THE NEW HOT AND SMOKEY DOUBLE BURGER AT BURGER KING FOR 6.99" or whatever the fuck
-they spent like 50k but had the success of spending 500k on ads since they basically paid maybe 5 bucks an ad tops.

If you REALLY wanted to go that route, I'd recommend that. But I also think a lot of people you wouldn't need to be THAT obtuse, and just asking would work.

if you CAN make it work with gura, whatever, I can't and won't stop you, but getting her to do it is the challenge

Basically the military adage, if its a stupid idea, and it works, its not stupid.

Well I certainly don't want to waste a hundred dollars if it's unlikely to work. So maybe I'll rethink.

I'd also email the shit out of them as well, but donations will usally get immediate attention of them to put them on the spot. A good strategy might be to reach out to political ones who are against "You'll Own Nothing, and Be Happy" WEF bullshit, because the principle of StopKillingGames is very much about fighting that. It's not just videogames, it's a consumer rights issue. That might be able to get some non-gamers who will agree with the campaign's underlying principle.

Funnily enough it appears Mald's negative coverage and the subsequent backlash was the best and most effective PR you could ask for for Ross and his movement. Ha-ha. Eat a dick, corpo. 1,000 years in the game dungeon.

Well, before its growth got shut down, null's xeet calling Mold a faggot got more engagement than iirc any of his other posts. Maybe that's the trick? Instead of "corpos want to take away your games, don't let them", go with "this FURRY FAGGOT will be happy if you DO NOTHING, make him want to KILL HIMSELF by signing a petition!".

my thinking if this were REALLY to be done....

1: scout out decent sized foreign streamers who have bit notifications
2: get the international clique section of KF to translate some generic SKG message asking for petitions politely in german, french, italian, polish, ect (like : Hey, have you heard of stop killing games? They are gathering signatures from EU citizens like you to hopefully stop developers from destroying games after you buy them)
3: message them messages about SKG with bitty donation

Reason is these guys would likely have citizen viewers, and so it would be concentrated success. especially for italy

It will be the funniest thing if Mald goes "I was the villain you needed" if this passes.

The official response from the Britbong Parliament is promising:

(TLDR - No plans to change anything, sellers must obey consumer law, issue will be monitored and CMA work/decisions will be considered).

Basically, they'll tell Jason 'no, stalker child, not here'.

Archive: https://archive.ph/qMXSJ

'There are no plans to amend UK consumer law on disabling video games. Those selling games must comply with existing requirements in consumer law and we will continue to monitor this issue.

The Government recognises concerns raised by video games users regarding the operability of purchased products. As the lead department for video games, the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) regularly engages industry representatives and monitors how consumers interact with games. We work with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) as the lead department for consumer protection more generally.

We are aware of issues relating to the life-span of digital content, including video games, and we appreciate the concerns of players of some games that have been discontinued. We have no plans to amend existing consumer law on digital obsolescence, but we will monitor this issue and consider the relevant work of the Competition and Market Authority (CMA) on consumer rights and consumer detriment.

Video games sellers must comply with existing consumer law – this includes the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs). We have provided details of relevant protections below. However, there is no requirement in UK law for software companies to support older versions of their products. Decision-making is for those companies, taking account of commercial and regulatory factors and complying with existing consumer law. There may be occasions where companies make decisions based on the high running costs of maintaining older servers for games with declining user bases.

The CRA gives consumers important rights when they make a contract with a trader for the supply of digital content, requiring it to be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose and as described by the seller. It may be difficult and expensive for businesses to maintain support for old software, particularly if it needs to interact with new technologies. However, if software is offered for sale that is not supported by the provider, then this should be made clear, for example on product webpages and physical packaging.

If digital content does not meet these quality rights, the consumer is entitled to a repair or replacement or, if not possible, some money back up to 100% of the cost of the digital content. These rights apply to intangible digital content like a PC game, as well as tangible content like a physical copy of a game. The CRA has a limit of up to six years after a breach of contract during which a consumer can take legal action.

A trader or third party can upgrade and improve the features of digital content so long as it continues to match any description given by the trader and conforms with any pre-contract information provided by the trader, unless varied by express agreement.

In addition, the CRA requires that the terms and conditions applied by a trader to a product they sell must not be unfair and must be prominent and transparent. If not, they may also be challenged and the question of fairness is a matter for the courts. Terms found to be unfair are not binding on the consumer.

The CPRs require information to consumers to be clear and correct and prohibit commercial practices which through false information or misleading omissions cause the average consumer to make a different choice. As such, the regulations prohibit commercial practices which omit or hide information which the average consumer needs to make an informed choice, and prohibits traders from providing material information in an unclear, unintelligible, ambiguous or untimely manner. If consumers are led to believe that a game will remain playable indefinitely for certain systems, despite the end of physical support, the CPRs may require that the game remains technically feasible (for example, available offline) to play under those circumstances.

The CPRs are enforced by Trading Standards and the CMA. If consumers believe that there has been a breach of these regulations, they should report it to the Citizens Advice helpline (or Advice Direct Scotland for those living in Scotland) which is a free service advising on rights and how to take their case forward. The helplines will refer complaints to Trading Standards and CMA where appropriate. Consumers can also pursue private redress through the courts where a trader has provided misleading information on a product.

The CPRs section of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act 2024 is expected to come into effect in April 2025. It restates and updates the CPRs into primary legislation, revokes the 2008 regulations and sets out rules around unfair trading. The Act:
● Provides the Secretary of State with the power to add, amend, or remove a description of a commercial practice which are in all circumstances considered unfair
● Provides clarification that someone facilitating supply or promotion of a product is a ‘trader’ and must comply with consumer law

The use of this power will be kept under review – any amendments proposed are subject to a duty to consult with stakeholders and approval by both Houses of Parliament.

You and other thousands of us. He literally abused the YouTube algorithm by spamming his 30 second bits of his streams as shorts, framing them as "lifestyle advice" or "gamedev advice".
He also exploited the fact that, unlike regular videos, YouTube didn't provide a "Don't recommend channel" menu option on recommended shorts, which meant that shorts had at least as much opportunity for positive feedback that would boost his channel's visibility (probably more, since YouTube was heavily pushing shorts at the time) but that one of the main methods of providing negative feedback was removed. I' m certain this opportunity to game the YouTube algorithm is why he concentrated on shorts. (For all I know, YouTube still does this, but I installed the Enhancer for YouTube browser extension to remove shorts and I'm not going to disable it to check.)

(Incidentally, the "Don't recommend channel" option is probably why Rekieta has been losing viewers much faster than he's been losing subscribers. If people who were subscribed to him forgot all about it while he took an extended vacation from streaming to do drugs, starve his children, and have disgusting bisexual orgies, then they'd just choose "Don't recommend channel" once he started showing up in their feeds again in his new "emaciated AIDS patient" form, since the menu doesn't provide an "Unsubscribe from channel" option or, for that matter, any indication that you're subscribed.)

That's because net neutrality wasn't grassroots by any means. It's usually framed as le evil corporate lobbyists vs plucky underdogs, but in reality there were many Internet-based businesses with a vested interest in the net neutrality camp too.
"Net Neutrality" was heavily pushed by Google because ISPs had successfully used throttling to force Netflix to install servers in their colocation facilities to reduce consumption of backbone bandwidth (so that instead of sending an entire copy of a movie over the Internet every time someone wants to watch it, the local Netflix server will download it once and then send copies of the movie over the ISP's internal network, whose bandwidth is substantially cheaper). Google was starting to push YouTube Premium at the time and wanted to force the ISPs to carry the costs of distribution (while more or less simultaneously increasing to 4K resolution), so they astroturfed the whole "Net Neutrality" thing to make throttling of resource-intensive sites illegal.

Incorrect, the company (EAGLE RESEARCH GROUP, INC.) Jason worked at was awarded a contract by the Department of Energy which instructed the company to give Cybersecurity support to the DOE.
my apologies, it was a while ago in the thread and I remember someone mentioning most of the people associated with eagle research group on linkedin seemed to not be real profiles. I do remember however it being brought up he likely did not "hack into powerplants" since he was working for the DOE and not DoD. It seems extremely likely considering the line of work Maldy claims to have done/did beforehand, he would go down the path of civie contracting for the DoD. I am unsure if a cybersec tester for the security of powerplants would be under the DOE or DoD however.

It will be the funniest thing if Mald goes "I was the villain you needed" if this passes.

Even if he's capable of surviving the irrevocable damage being done to his entire brand right now:
  1. hacker skills - opsec/dev experts undermining his competence on twitter
  2. coding/game dev skills - being slammed on his own steam page (which personally I have never seen a review on a steam page garner 70+ comments roasting the dev)
  3. gaming skills - being caught cheating/roaching
  4. general "good guy" image - mass bans and pot stirring on stream, never mind calling the Mr. Rogers of YouTube a "greasy used car salesman". He won't ever live that down.
The self-inflicted killing stroke would be trying to take credit for SKGs success, especially when he is pretty much its only real detractor. He would literally become this meme:
GY2JtHUXEAIrBOR.webp

That said, I hope he tries it. I'm not ashamed to say I want nothing but the worst for this cringey, grooming retard. Death included. Not sorry.

Edit: I'm going to try and mess with that skg recruitment image in a couple hours, see if i cant come up with something most people can agree on.

I am anticipating this because it is the worst thing he can possibly do like everything else he does. The mind of a narc will attempt to claim any unintended path or route as part of their plan to try and hold a facade of control but it is already evident by what he did to the initiative for the longest time it was going and his horrible behaviour directed towards cr1tikal that his intent was tar black and riddled with self-destructive egotism. mald will look for any opportunity to double down since he never had a Mother who taught him that it is ok to be wrong. We also see that he has paranoia in the back of his head right now about his closest friends probably from reading this thread. he might think that khronos is attempting to use this as an exit strategy by the way he had shut down and dismissed khronos multiple times in his recent stream. he cannot expect others to behave and act in a way he would not himself due to his lower level of consciousness. That all being said it is very clear that no matter what happens and even if mald were to correct himself right now it will backfire spectacularly. All of mald's behavior feels 1:1 like Brian Griffin pretending to be smart. Ironic because we only percieve people as intelligent if they give us a chance to think and nurture creativity which is the absolute opposite of the short form content industry plant that he was scripted to be.

We need simple to see normie comparisons to help get that message across to people.

I refuse to capitalize his name or pronouns. I have only contempt for something given everything yet so ungrateful. something with money that has done nothing for himself or others. something which will not register his ferret heat death camp as a real charity because it is not and will never be one. I hope Jerma and Ironmouse have time and reason given here to distance from this retarded troglydyte.

EDIT: I am no advocating for cowtipping. I mean when he is mentioned in everyday conversation regarding SKG and how mald refuses to be wrong.

Thats definitely a big part. He has really worked HARD keeping a good image of himself and being nice, cordial, balanced, not causing drama bs ect, and WELL over 10 years without incident.

I think the "meanest" hes been was ironically in his "doomguys mind" which was a bit anyway so it doesn't count. Even then it was charming.

I read the OP and the first couple of pages when moving the thread out of PG. I got reacquainted with his thread due to the Stop Killing Games drama and have been reading through it.

Mald is such an insufferable faggot. I want the EU and UK petitions to hit their goals so bad because 1) the seethe from Mald will be legendary and 2) he is such a furry degenerate faggot, I want to him to take this L so bad that I can point and laugh at him.

Yiff in Hell, Thor.
