That's where some conservatives get fucky: they buy the mythos too much and forget that the Founding Fathers were just dudes trying their best.
One of the biggest mistakes of conservatives is blindly marrying themselves to (what they think is) the (subgroup that they like of the) Founding Fathers’ position like a dogma.

One of the biggest mistakes of progressives is blindly ignoring the Founding Fathers out of a worldview that ignores wisdom and experience.

Trump says that farmers and hoteliers should be allowed to keep their slaves as long as they pay taxes (starts at 4:55):
I don't know if this is Trump cucking, or only appearing to appease slavers. Ain't no fucking illegal gonna work for shit pay, and pay taxes on that shit pay. That's the exact same reason Americans aren't doing those jobs, we can't even afford to live on such low pay.

No no no, the ACA aka obamacare did it already. It's fixed, and was obama 'more moderate'? No. (actually if you make low amounts you can get a lot with obamacare).

Hopefully double lung transplants probably aren't going to be covered anywhere sane for free for the patient.
It costs roughly 2.1 million dollars in the US. In China it costs 180k for medical tourists

Kathy Griffin apparently posted this video which appears to be decapitated heads including Trump

They are willing to accept a lower standard of living and supplement any legal work with even more illegal work.

What is this restaurant code for?

Then off he should go, but I bet there's a wait at that price that'll make it not worth it or the quality. The quality will get what he pays for.

Nothing is cheap or free on that level, for anyone. Reminds me of boogie going to Mexico for that stupid weight loss surgery. I've known one person whose wife died in medical tourism, but really double lung.. I'd just hang up my hat and say adios.

And I was being sarcastic about obama being moderate or the ACA fixing much, but those were the promises.

Stuff like this is crazy to me. When she did this 8 years ago she lost work over this and was pretty universally lambasted for it.

Now I have relatives who were making jokes about Trumps real assassination attempt.

Much like my political opinions which haven't shifted much but took me and so many others from the moderate left 20 years ago to centrist to moderate right and by now I'm sure I'm far right lol.

It's insane to me that the criticism is harassment and words are violence party is doing this shit. They wonder why Trump won while electing a commie Muslim to New York.

Absolutely unhinged.

The February Revolution was not a communist revolution, and it bothers me a bit people consistently believe Bolsheviks were involved in it or had anything to do with it.
It was a progressive revolution: an unintentional Trojan Horse for communism. If I remember correctly, Kerensky's policy of "no friends to the right, no enemies to the left" led him to arming the Bolsheviks in order to repel Kornilov's coup, which naturally backfired in the October Revolution.

Your not wrong but at the same time the Russian Republic was incompetent and barely accomplished anything other then enabling the Bolsheviks. It's fitting that no one remembers it.

You are right that China's rise is meteoric, but they weren't really ever "colonized." Europeans set up special districts (e.g. Hong Kong) and other powers took territory, but it was not colonized like India was, for example.

Fair enough.
Might want to look up the century of humiliation China went through.

I was about to say. If you’re going to dunk on a perceived communist, at least get the basic facts straight.

WARNING: RUSSIAN HISTORY SPERGING AHEAD.

It was a progressive revolution: an unintentional Trojan Horse for communism. If I remember correctly, Kerensky's policy of "no friends to the right, no enemies to the left"
Kerensky was just one one of the ministers, and mind you: Kerensky had no problems with crushing Bolshevik skulls and locking them up, as we saw during the July days.

Kerensky wasn’t even originally head of the provisional government: Prince Lvov, a Kadet (the right wing opposition) was.

The February revolution was a bourgeois, liberal revolution, not a communist one and barely even a progressive one. Need I remind you that you had literal landowners, business tycoons and nobility in the Duma and the provisional government?

led him to arming the Bolsheviks in order to repel Kornilov's coup, which naturally backfired in the October Revolution.
As I mentioned, in the July days Kerensky had zero scruples going after the Bolsheviks, sending Lenin fleeing to Finland.

Arming the Bolsheviks certainly didn’t harm them, but they would have likely seized power even without the Kornilov rebellion.

They were the logical choice and the only ones who hadn’t embarrassed themselves in the chaos prior to October.

As Lenin later said: They found power laying in the streets and just had to pick it up.

In October/November 1917, the Bolsheviks were the only game in town.
