That's the most amazing thing about this case. Greer gets tard-guarding by the 10th and the District Judge and he gets all this special treatment to try and show him how to prosecute the case. The District Judge is pleading, begging for Russ to just get this to trial so it can die via jury and he isn't responsible.

Even so Greer is so much of a fuck up he can't stop stepping on rakes and hurting himself. He can't take this seriously and literally uses the court system as his therapist/prostitute pretend-girlfriend. He gets so much for free and he throws it all away.

It's not getting to trial. Nothappening now Nothappening forever.
Pretty sure Greeee's gotten what other pro se IFP plaintiffs have only dreamed of.

Even Melinda couldn't get this far and she nearly succeeded in pulling a fast one on both Feeder and the court in her own lawsuit.

There must be a business relationship in place in order for it to incur damage. Russell's scattershot emails and straight up lies do not constitute a business relationship. Calling someone's office repeatedly despite them never returning your call does not constitute a business relationship.
As I recall, Russell was trying to purchase some brothel land and had wrangled a hapless realtor (Waylon Huber, I think) to help. The realtor was subsequently contacted by either Hardin or Useful_Mistake, who asked about Greer's LLC and subtly slipped in that Greer was an aspiring pimp. The realtor, not wanting to be associated with Greer's insanity, backed out. Greer views this as interfering with his "business relationship." However: Russell seems to have lied about the nature of his LLC and why he wanted the land. We can reasonably infer this because when he spoke with Hardin, he was shocked and appalled at the revelations he got.

Gree is not exactly subtle about what he wants and anyone who wants to deal with him and doesn't immediately Google him or his 'companies' or 'anonymous backers' will end up like this dude.
If I was e-mailed out of the blue asking about available properties in a small town that happen to lay within the grandfathered in 'Adult entertainment' district that hasn't been active in a long time I'd raise my eyebrow and give a polite answer. But that is never where it ends with Russel. You'd get another email. Then another. And another. Every polite response means in his mind you are telling him YES, I LOVE WHORES AND I WANT TO BUILD A BROTHEL WITH YOU, when in reality all you're saying is, No, there are not currently any vacant lots or properties for sale in the zones you are inquiring about.
People who aren't familiar with intense illnesses like Greer's just aren't equipped to deal with people like Russel. They give an answer and put it out of their mind, but on Russell's end he's building an empire of brothels on the back of your name because you said something polite to him completely not related to whores and now you look like a shithead because he's attached your name to the Brothel Crusades.

The Realtor had already backed out. He no showed the city council meeting and ghosted Greer before Hardin knew of his existence.

I think you're extrapolating about what you believe Greee told Huber because we don't actually know what was said between them. Having said that, I'm pretty sure Russell must have told him that he had plans to open a brothel in the town. It'd be pointless to approach him without telling him this because he needed a property in the red light zone (or one that might possibly be successfully rezoned) but also he was about to approach the city council to ask about getting land rezoned. So you'd really need to be open with your realtor about what your goals are.

I think what Huber didn't know about (and was possibly informed about) was Greee's history of stalking and harrassing women. It's one thing to be a businessman looking to acquire land to open a gentleman's club. It's something else again to be somebody who obsessively stalks whores and sues celebrities because they refuse to go out on a date with him.

But Russell's history of litigation would be enough to persuade any sane person to avoid him like the plague. When people like that feel somehow slighted or entitled to something they haven't got from you, there's a very strong chance they'll want to drag you to court. And his history of such speaks to the likelihood of that happening. Nobody needs a man like Russell Greer in their life. I'm sure our realtor realized that when he learned a little more of Greee's past.

Hopefully not the faggot nigger version or the obnoxious girl boss one. Maybe the 4th Doctor? Or perhaps the 3rd Doctor, the "Action Doctor"? Or maybe one of the newer ones, like the War Doctor, since Null has basically been in a legal war with Shit-Lips for nearly five years and has likely been aged significantly by this experience.
 
With all the drama around the hooker city council meeting/court date arc, I'm surprise Russell's never blamed the timezones.

It would've been so easy to say his goof up was "I though 12:00 in Nevada was an hour before 1:00 in Utah so I could attend the meeting there and have plenty of time to call into this court and didn't realize Utah's an hour ahead of Nevada until it was too late"

I don't consider this helping Russell because he hasn't used this excuse the last eight times he's told his story, so if he tries to use it now, it's just another example Hardin can give of his "evolving narrative"

That does not mean Mr Huber was an active and willing participant in Greee's schemes. Merely that he had been polite to the retard regarding said plans. We see whole chains of communicalions with the City where Gree is CC'ing Huber. And Greee clearly expected his "business partner" to show up at the meeting. But we see no communications from Huber regarding the meeting and he was a no show. (As opposed to the pissed off hotel owner).

My point is chances are the business relationship with Huber was not what shitlips imagined it to be. And this was probably the case from before Hardin ever learned of Huber.

Sure, that's plausible. I just don't believe the claim that he didn't know about the brothel plans before Hardin emailed him. Public records show otherwise.

Weren't the initials "W.H." also used on the paperwork where Gimpface created one of his LLCs? Was it ever determined if "W.H." was actually Waylon Huber and whether or not he actually knew of his association with said LLC?

You're giving Greer way too much credit and thinking about the problem like how you or any other rational human being would have approached it. Look at his filings to see how much of a slimy shit he is and how he tries to worm his way around the truth. Russ is as duplicitous as they come, but he's as utterly awful at it as he is anything else and rarely misleads anyone for too long before they discover his nature and want nothing to do with him.
