I don't know if Ethan is interested in settling, at least not right away. He clearly wants to get through discovery so that he can phonebook the reddit mods who were in contact with the defendants. Right now I think it's also in his interest to keep all three of them on the hook because it splits any GFM donations three different ways.

I figured that the defendants would have been able to dodge service for a lot longer and getting one of them already is surprising. Even better for him that it's the complete pothead who clearly has no idea what she's doing as she was only "just planning to start looking into getting a lawyer" which we all know means she wasn't really going to even start doing until next week if even then.

The best part is that none of these dumb bitches will do the smart thing and shut the hell up about it. Instead they run to turn on the camera and announce to the internet that there's blood in the water. I'd say that these clips should be shown in high school as a lesson to future generations, but I think when they did that with those teen pregnancy shows it just made more girls want to get knocked up. There's something seriously wrong with women from these younger generations.

I wonder how upset ethan is that Hasan didn't watch the video. Because let's be real, that is actually his main target. I don't think Ethan was ever going to sue Hasan, because when Hasan finally did watch it as we saw, he fucking crashed out every 5 seconds over it.

Further, he gave a license for Hasan to watch the video, unlike the rest.

I'm sick of fat women thinking the world owes them anything but a ride to the abatoir. She wouldn't have a lawsuit if she had the wherewithal and/or social skills to talk to Ethan with an opening statement like, "what can I do to resolve this amicably, between us without the court's involvement?"

Fundamentally the courts exist to resolve disagreements and conflicts where a law is broken or damages/losses are provable, and the people involved cannot come to an agreement on their own. If any of these women showed the slightest sliver of remorse, empathy, or willingness to compromise, I suspect Ethan would be willing to settle. Probably in a public, humiliating way, but what's better? Fighting in court over an extremely dumb cause and losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney fees, or just fucking apologizing on camera & eating a little crow?

If they didn't want consequences, maybe they shouldn't have loudly cawed about how right they are in all things at all
times and said & done things that triggered a reaction. Ethan would drop the first whore's suit that's willing to say "you didn't deserve the CPS calls, I feel bad someone sent you skulls, Reddit snark bad, you have nothing to do with the Israeli government or the genocide in Gaza." Ethan made an IG post specifically saying he never planned to sue Hasan for streaming the nuke, as telling him to do a reaction is effectively giving Hasan license to stream it. He also knew Hasan wouldnt be able to keep his mouth shut for more than 60 seconds while watching it.
