I’ll be honest, I don’t understand this criticism. I already have a place where people will at the very least politely disagree, but more commonly will antagonize me, make accusations and insult me for my political beliefs, it’s called my real life. So I shut my mouth and keep the peace. Now I don’t go bickering with dissenters here because I don’t find it very fun, but is it that strange to want a single place where I can just talk about world events with people I’m roughly on the same page with?
