My question is what are the actual damages of this case? A single nude that was consensually taken was sent to single person privately. Maybe it's because I personally like sympathy for grown ass people who knowingly took/posed for nudes and just expect there to be no potential consequences to those actions, but these weren't even made public by being posted online for God's sake.

Aaron will likely make a reasonable settlement of somewhere around $5000 - $10,000, though I would heartily welcome mitigating evidence that Nick Rekieta had been reporting every instance of supposed breach, not the aggrieved party.
We all know Nick is a fanciful balldoskelly, his vindictive dreams of milking Aaron's every cent is a far fetched reality.
In the long-term, $10,000 is five months of snack budget. Better to cut a deal and let Nick have his moment.
