Has anyone asked him just what part of the police report exonerates him? Because I've read it, and I don't remember that part. I'm sure he'd just ignore the question and come back several months later to threaten the impudent stalker with prison.

It's a Technicality Tomlinson. The report states that Titty Rick admitted to threatening to kill PCJ, but denied threatening wife and unborn baby. So every time someone says "Titty Ricky admitted to planning to kill his ex wife and unborn child", he can deny it since the report states that he did not admit to that particular part.
Always be precise with Fatirck. He admitted threatening to kill PCJ but denied to the police that he threatened to kill Ade. He plead no contest to the charges which might have included the threats against his first, less barren wife, but he denied it to the police and the report states that and that's all that counts for the Niggeroni Grinder.
So if one wants to post that report, just state that Patrick S. Tomlinson admitted to threatening his then wife's soon to be second, better endowed husband and father to her child.
Never give Patsy the opportunity for a Technicality Tomlinson. Don't say "You paid Quasi" or "Your mother in law paid Quasi", ask him "someone on your side paid 80k and change to someone on Quasi's side as the outcome of this court process, who paid whom?". Because the reality is that somebody paid somebody. If he denies that it's irrefutable proof that he's a liar. He hates being called out on his lies, that's why he works so hard on Technicality Tomlinsons. A minor detail being wrong means he can dismiss the entire thing.

But really, "Technicality Tomlinson" is just a thread joke, he doesn't actually care. He's always been a liar and fantabulist. He lies about things that matter, things that don't matter, things that are so stupid no one could believe them. When he's caught in his lies, which happens every day, he just says your life is over and prison awaits. That's his life.

Also, he probably just forgot he threatened to kill his wife and child. For him it was Tuesday.

He’s harping on the “if you were an actual lawyer you’d know” bit for his technicality cope, I wonder if they’ll drop the charges upon completion of whatever gay course he has to take. He’s probably so mad about being cited and probably considers it doubly offensive coming from the PD he’s suing. Wait, so the delivery dude warned Pat it was too crowded in that space, and got no childed. Then, delivery stalker did what Pat asked anyway and Pat then got upset?
