Funny- I'm going off memory, but I think it was in one of the posts, it appeared Ty had fixed the first Media LLC lapse, as his office was listed as the contact point. At some point the contact address shifted to the PO Box in Minnesota. So even though Ty is listed, the latest failure is likely Nick's.

Edit to add: I may be off, Ty's office (if it's current) is still listed as Registered office, perhaps that is what I was thinking of. Regardless, it's not an active LLC.

Maybe late. But as of February 2025, its back in FORFEITED status for non-payment of taxes. And probably lack of doing paperwork. What forfeited means is that the LLC still exists on paper, but provides no legal protections. He can restore it at any time by paying the taxes and doing the other necessary things to maintain it. But Nick seems to find such things difficult.

I mostly agree with this, but his seething rage at Keanu has me doubting that it’s all an act or grab for attention. I think that as the nitrous or adderall leaves his system, he comes down, realizes how awful he sounded, and copes with “haha I’m a shock jock.” The reality is somewhere in the middle, I’m sure.

It's quite FUNNY to me that, even though we can't be certain about what exactly happened, it's clear that something negative is affecting Rekieta. Every time he faces some sort of setback, he launches into a tweet spree in search of validation—like an insecure teenage girl looking for reassurance. LOL. It's rather pathetic, what a "fun guy," LMAO.

I don't have good plates because I used to have a tendency to get high, nod out and smash them. I also don't have great cutlery. It's a hodge-podge collection of mostly good old stuff I bought at jumble sales and charity shops, so it's a lot better in quality than you can buy today, but none of it matches.

I'd never really noticed this before but I'm not really interested in the stuff I use to eat from/with, yet I'm really obsessive about the stuff that I actually use for cooking. So I've got great saucepans, skillets in cast iron, stainless steel and carbon steel and I've got great knives. An espresso machine with an E61 group head and a Mazzer mini. I used to put a lot of effort into finding great cups and saucers, but like the plates, I break 'em.

But I don't own a microwave or an air fryer. I might own those things if I had a bigger kitchen, but ours is small so I have to prioritize.
