They're nigger rich, no class or impulse control. Especially when they're so willing to go to the dump to drop their shit and haul ass to another country. Eeehhh... Even if I had millions floating around, I wouldn't immediately buy a penthouse and spend it all. Typical Letter-N behavior to be honest. Hence also why someone like Hassan would do that.

I'm not really up with the lore, but I've had the feeling for a while that Ian is some kind of high functioning autist and would likely value the comfort of familiarity much more than buying/selling a home just because he could. More likely he would only buy/sell if he was being forced, either because of influencing forces, or because of raw pragmatism.

Remember we are talking about a couple who went 250k in the red because they spent it on flying hasan and his cronies to 4 parties.

His youtube dropped, CC lost money, the one time he made bogo bucks was during the "omfg we fucked up" stream after CC2 and he probably paid Hasan just to sit with him in one room.
