Nick harping on his children's emotional well being is reprehensible, at every turn he's made decisions that made his children's life worse.

His decisions led to...
  • Them being around drugs
  • One of them testing positive for drugs
  • Them being around sexually degenerate strangers
  • The door being broken down by police
  • The entire raid in general
  • All of the neglect
  • The children needing to be removed
  • Them having to listen at night as their father goes on drunken rants
  • Them allegedly being around a drunken nanny (Nick knew about this because she allegedly called them while she was "Critically" drunk in the past, if we were to trust Nick)
It is clear, Nick has no regard for his children's emotional well-being unless he can use it as a weapon. Aaron was spot on when he said Nick doesn't care about peoples emotions, just using them to manipulate others. I do not think cares about his children, he seems so eager to pawn them off on other people so he can get back to his show. He seems more irritated by his children, it seems like he wishes he could just lock them in the bathroom like Sunny.

Nick isn't used to the people he tries to manipulate in DMs stubbornly refusing to be manipulated. (Well, it happens sometimes I'm sure, but usually people at least pretend to be polite to avoid him having a tantrum.)

"There is no public interest in the footage because there's no debate on what's in in the video." I'm guessing that's why he had to fire up a stream and show everyone what his house allegedly looked like "during the raid". Because no one cared.

It's also a crazy coincidence that the farms changed and became retarded the second they started making fun of Nick specifically.
 
If the transcripts of the bodycam that people wrote were lies, wouldn't he be suing them for defamation?

I can't think why he wouldn't. They're lying, he can prove it. But he doesn't want to. Instead he wants to whine about the county hurting his feewings in a lawsuit.

The judge had basically preemptively rejected it when he resealed it for no valid reason. Now that the paper is stamped, we move forward and the end result will be far worse for Nick then if he had just released the footage himself

I think it’s really worth highlighting that Nick is such an awful fucking lawyer, with such a lacking understanding of the law, that he apparently thinks: “Public interest” LITERALLY means: “I am a member of the public in Kandiyohi County, and I am interested in this footage!”
