I almost forgot that "allergic to everything" really just means allergic to everything that isn't fast food. I don't believe she's a drug addict. It seems her doctors' bullshit radar has been working pretty well for most of her life and she's too awkward to know where and how to get illegal drugs.
Living off carbs and sugar while avoiding greens is very much in line with her NEETsona who needs resuscitation at the thought of having to experience the most minor learning curve discomfort.

I’m now thinking the apple incident might have been an attempt at a mercy kill. Or just plain murder, depending on how annoying a customer she is.
 
She just doesn't want to eat apples because of the old saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". If she couldn't access doctors to waste their time 24/7, her life would be utterly meaningless!
 
This is her new plan: get the bakery to comp her a permanent apartment and hire an employee solely to look after their best, most special and delicate customer.

Well considering you have diarrhea as a withdrawal symptom and not constipation she's definitely not very experienced with them at the least. Being constipated from not having opiates is the most retarded thing I've heard all week. She's full of shit with that post at the least.

Well she’s not in withdrawal and still enjoying a good supply. I doubt she’s ever been in withdrawal except maybe when mom and dad tried to put their foot down years ago. This chick takes her power chair and good insurance all over Manhattan faking every illness under the sun to keep the scripts coming.

Vicky has been (full of shit) constipated for years then has to take drastic measures try and empty the back up. I figured opiate constipation was why it took a week for her to get a simple colonoscopy. Just getting all the shit out of her took a week of work, struggle, medical assistance and hospital grade enemas. At other times she probably takes various drugs to induce the runs after not shitting for a week or two. (Given her diet and opiate intake it’s no wonder she’s always complaining about her shit)

That and how long you can string out drinking 2 liters of prep when you're the most specialest girl in the world.
Usually if someone can't or "can't" drink bowel prep (but is still cooperative and wants the scope), you place an NG tube for long enough to get the prep in and clean them out. I wonder why that wasn't an option here.

Vickie doesn't seem to crave a tube like most FtM munchies; she wants something else, maybe just opiates and attention. Once you're pooping clear and can get your endoscopy done, there's no reason to stay inpatient anymore.

Her utter self-centeredness pushes me dangerously close to MATI territory at times.

I’d guess she’s been flagged and after very basic vital check they offer psychiatric referrals before pushing her out the door. Might require subway trips to LI to avoid the bum rush
