i think she has antimatter gaslighting defense tactics for abusive people because she's a trailer person like nick and has dealt with people like nick. i don't think she was being stupid about it, i think she has equal-and-opposite gaslight abuse victim powers which kick in. i don't think it was strategically fucking with him either as an epic win for the detractors.
I couldn't tell when she's pretending to be stupid to fuck with Nick, versus when she's actually stupid and legitimately confused, and that's what's frustrating about her. I don't believe a woman her age is incapable of operating a fucking iPhone, but I could believe she could pretend to not know how to use one to mess with NLO and his ilk.
My previous statement about her being bad at this shit was justified. Her appearance on Melton with her fucking with Nick was a result of her being a guest (not the host) and was basically lightning in a bottle.

The standard MNPR set is so high, that anyone and everyone who wants to post lore about Nick has to compete with, "Did you know Nick's daughter tested positive for cocaine?" And I recognize that it's a high bar, but I wanted...something, literally anything. He failed to deliver anything noteworthy. My disappointment is immeasurable but I was asleep for the stream, so my day was not ruined.
On what basis would a judge award Kayla anything substantial for this?
One man saw her nudes that she never intended to show. They didn't leak. People were already calling her all sorts of stuff regarding her being a swinger. Her own actions brought more attention to Geno seeing her nudes. She doesn't make money, so it can hardly be said that this damaged her potential earnings.
Kayla doesn't make anything as a result of being a SAHM (allegedly), but maybe they'd try to argue that Nick (as a result of being a narcissistic faggot who tries to make everything about himself) losing income through streaming was the damages. But I don't know how Nick is going to claim he was damaged by a loss of income when it was literally due to him not fucking streaming. Aaron can't control Nick, so if he loses money because he doesn't feel like working because he's a lazy cunt, that's his own damn fault.
A single image sent to a single person who a total of 3 people (Aaron/Geno/Keanu) which never even showed up on the internet just doesn't sound like $10k worth of damages to me, especially since any and every single action that has affected Kayla since was done as a result of legal actions...by Nick.
Most states have a rule where if you refuse a reasonable settlement offer and then continue to litigate and get less than when what you received at trial was less than the settlement, you not only don't necessarily get that, but you get to pay the attorney's fees for both sides for the unnecessary litigation you proliferated.
This is so fucking stupid I'm anticipating Nick is going to go into more debt because he tries to receive 30 gorillion KNU's when he's ultimately entitled to (in my opinion) fuck and all. Aaron settling resulted in the KNU meme, but him actually fighting it out could've prevented this (and I did mention maybe Aaron shouldn't consider settling, because Nick would try to use civil action against him if he did), because I think he could've won (if Geno/Keanu refused to testify), and that'd cuck Nick even harder.
She would need her therapist to testify, but she most likely doesn't even have one.
I feel like someone as unstable as Kayla does have a therapist, but it's going to be a hard sell for me if someone is claiming emotional damages from treatment from a therapist they were already seeing for other reasons.
If she doesn't have a therapist, she's going to be up shit creek trying to specify how much she was damaged, so let's pretend she does have a therapist: you're going to have to prove what Aaron did specifically caused you damage (easy, relatively speaking, since he pled guilty) and then be able to quantify that with an actual dollar amount combined with testimony from said therapist, to convince a jury to give Kayla damages for what Aaron did specifically. And I think that's going to be a fucking hard battle, and I'm pretty sure Aaron's attorney could show she wasn't actually that damaged from Aaron. Of course Aaron's attorney would fight it, because he's ethically obligated to, but does Kayla want to actually deal with an attorney grilling her? I know Nick pretends to care about her, but it looks pretty psychotic to put your wife through this kind of thing repeatedly.

I don't think it's a reach to suggest that almost any and every person named Keanu born in the 90s onwards had their name inspired or influenced by Keanu Reeves to some degree, even if they don't realize it. He's that big of a name that you can bring up just the first name and know exactly who it is. I just assumed most people thought she was named after him (and it turns out I was right). You'd have a harder time convincing me she wasn't named after Reeves.
When was the last time you talked to someone who couldn't read or follow simple instructions? For most of us, myself included, probably never.
If you ever worked retail, you'd have a much different viewpoint on this. I am surprised she's this fucking stupid though.
