Could be a random troll, but dankanime17 sounds like a burner name Nick could have possibly came up with, and the post reminds me of his unhinged back and forth he had with "april" on Twitter a while ago that's alleged to be Nick using her account to talk to himself.

Nick shared photos of the inside of his filthy house to "set the record straight" and is constantly implying that Kayla was unreasonable for not wanting to bring some random whore into their relationship. It isn't unreasonable for Nick to think posting here as April would help.

(I don't have any evidence, this is just a hunch)
