I think it's abundantly clear by now that the law enforcement and justice system of that back water shit hole isn't gonna do anything. After the initial bust, something noticably changed and he's being handled with the kiddies of gloves.

The result is so low that I'm starting to question whether the code is even working properly. It appears to be functioning as intended... but I don’t exactly have five hours and forty-one minutes of my life to glue my eyes to pure torture just to verify.

So, what exactly does the code do?
Every 2 seconds, it analyzes a video frame in search of very specific hues—my sacred chromatic thresholds. Once a region matching the blessed palette is identified, it calculates the area covered. If the candidate box meets the threshold, the system invokes EasyOCR to extract the text. The text is then parsed and exported to CSV.

Continuation logic?
If two Super Tips share the same username and donation amount, and there are no intervening frames without a donation box, I treat them as a single, continuous message.

What’s “max”?
The “max” value reflects what the total would have been if I had decided to count each message fragment individually—ignoring continuation logic.

Jesus Christ, we get it: you had to take it more than once.

For February exams (which iirc Nick took, and which has lower pass rates than the standard July exam) shows overall pass rates for first timers across all states/ DC/ PR/ territories look about lowish 60s, eyeballing it. Minnesota's is 68%, on the higher end but not the highest. Wisconsin's is 69%. SD is the highest, followed by UT, with DE, AK, and HI among the highest group. Lowest include VT, IA, NH, CT, MI. Notoriously challenging NY, CA, and FL are 57%, 62%, and 65%, respectively.

July exams have much higher rates, with MN at 88%, most in the 80s, and the lowest (except PR) being ND, at 71%.

So for Nick to meet that 68% February hurdle, he was at least in the 33rd percentile - probably his lifetime high for anything.
