- Reported a long night. Similar shirt as yesterday but not the same one. He later says that he's been accused of drug trafficking, and he might as well look like one. He likes them because they're "flamboyant and gay".
Yesterday vs. today:
- During pretty interesting defense witness testimony and providing very little commentary, Nick rings in with: "I just wanna get to Supertips! What is this garbage?" Later, "I was hoping for a break!" and "I'm so bored!" Nick was tweeting during most of this testimony with stuff like this:

- Doesn't want to add Alex Jones' voice to Supertips bc he's focused on people who relate to his channel.
- Pontificates on Killdozer Day to honor a man who destroyed his town for "honorable reasons" and "sometimes reasonable men must take unreasonable actions" because he [Heedmeyer] was pushed to". Did a toast for Heemeyer: freedom from government. (The parallels were obvious.)
- Something about "Lisa Boswell" being in chat and the WhoAreThesePodcasts

- During a court break, he read new motions in the case. He doesn't understand the history of the admissibility of these witnesses and therefore knows nothing about their importance.
- Regarding Kandiyohi County: "I've been done dirty, man!" He referenced "unlawful disclosures".
- He's not sure if he's going to sue
@ItsAaronIgnoreMe but says it's up to Kayla. "She has a slam dunk case". And, "It's not up to me. She was the one who was 'victimized." Denies the rumors that he's behind the RP case. "Serving justice would be very sweet." Referenced Alford, etc.
- Nick's feed was lagging due to his laptop. It was painful; he realized he needed a "suplimenatal power supply" for his system.
- Witness testimony: Accused the most normie mom/pharmacist witness of being a swinger. (WHAT?)
- He may get an "airbrush" filter/lens. (I was a little unclear on this.)

Court Ended
- Nick's PO does not interact with him. He thought it would be far more involved. The "physical requirements" to meet with her are 4x/year. He joked about being sad about the lack of interaction. "How am I supposed to charm and manipulate this person?" regarding his PO. Then said it was a joke and to "chill out".
- He "wants to foster that relationship" due to his detractors. Otherwise, the PO will get bombarded by "weirdos". Then says that he's "different from most parolees". [This should probably be clipped, imo, if it hasen't already.]
- He pays $250/year for being on probation; they never searched his butt hole when he is arrested even for the coughing to extract substances. Jokes that he was disappointed. He says he has "demonstrated success" with being compliant on drug tests during the CPS case.
- "People overblow the cocaine thing." People in high-risk jobs are susceptible. (This is about the 20th time he's tried to normalize hard drugs.)
- Coped about Monty and accusing people of being a pedo. "I had every reason to believe he is one", etc. (Monty should probably know about this brief rant.)
- He's going to try to get a Monty voice on Supertips!
- A chatter called out his hand and said it's due to it sitting on his desk. Note the sore:
- SERIOUS audio issues as if he were under deep audio water. This new mod may not recover. They were relentless in trying to help Nick. It wasn't going well:
- Took ANOTHER abrupt break around 1:00 PM CT. He looked alarmed. Another one around 90 minutes later.
- After watching some of the first trial, he inexplicably he pivoted to watching KURT making eggs. His serious audio issues made his commentary indiscernible.
- His empty liquor bottles are in a storage unit for a future art project that Kayla will probably never do.
- He hates having 2 screens and whined about how the closest Best Buy was an hour away.
- On the bodycam: pics, he said he has no idea how to use MacBook Editor, and "I'm sorry that these are the photos that the cops took while I was being arrested." Said that CPS took no pics.
- Asked his audience to watch his recap vids he's posted because "I desperately want them to have views on them." He claims they're not just clips. He tries to add commentary. (I have not fact-checked this.)
- He's working on lining up new interviews, including Burkhart and Turtle Boy.
- He may transition from this trial to the Cash Out trial but he couldn't recall the man's rap name.... he joked that it involves"rape servitude" and is therefore interesting.
- Ended by thanking those who have adopted Supertips and claims that 2 creators are "above him" in Superchat earnings. He plans to correct that. He then says that Supertips are helping him pay for his family after a year of not working.
