Wouldn't suing Aaron in civil court mean that there would be a jury? And jury would need to agree that there was some emotional damage? And I think there is probably enough people that would say that privately sharing single picture even on stream is bullshit from that perspective. Specially if all of the stuff come out and is shown. I don't know why he thinks hurting Aaron will make people like him more in the first place. We shit on Aaron all the time. Also if he's a pedophile now then Nick let him around his kids, let him fuck his wife and licked his face on camera. That's a worse look.

That being said, like most of the things Nick tries it's already failed miserably anyway. Nobody thinks Aaron is a pedo, everyone still thinks MAPton is (because he is).
