Nigga can’t even own a musket, the only reason he’s implying violence and not calling her a pedophile is because she’s a woman.
And yes, he is implying violence. This is how abusers like Nick work, they use specific words and more importantly don’t use certain words for plausible deniability. When a woman, any woman, has a known abusive man approach her outside and bring up past trauma just them two, he is showing that he is perfectly fine causing at least one type of harm to her. And when that same man says he will find that same woman, it doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure out the implications.
Now, he would deny this, he does enjoy gaslighting, but just use this as a little bit of education about what abusive people look like.

The best way to prove that K's statements are "malicious misrepresentations" would be to present the body cam video as evidence, either in court or on his stream, and he's never going to do that.
All of Nick's talk about legal action is just that - talk.

I think it's long term substance and stimulant abuse in combination with the fact that he's now constantly having to think of new lies, match those new lies with old ones, contemplate the cost benefit analysis of lying vs telling the truth on a minute to minute basis during his streams which creates an extra "shifty" looking body language.

I think his daily routine is a toxic cycle of waking up God knows when, taking substances, and spending all day everyday online, where he is constantly reminded what a reprehensible piece of trash he is. I don't think he can cope with being reminded of the heinous things he did to his family, his kids and the surrounding community.
