Lmao good luck Greer suing the gumming for obeying the law in response to an advisory opinion from a judge.
it's "highly damaging" to rekieta's reputation for people to see the condition of his house. lol

but if those images he shared are true and honest raid day photos and they "weren't that bad" what's so damaging about about showing them in a video? could it be that those weren't actually real photos from the raid?

Nick's such a holebrained retard that he thinks that shouting "I got my mistress addicted to cocaine" at the top of your lungs is a win in an argument

Yeah, I got nanny of my five children addicted to cocaine, yeah, I've got CPS on my back, so what?

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU TALKED TO HER YOU STUPID BITCH

If Nick honestly thought Hardin did something wrong he would of filed an ethics complaint instantly, plus he's very cautious to speak ill of Hardin because as we know Nick isn't a lawyer and Hardin would rape him in court.
Plus Hardin is looking at stuff on behalf of Null I would assume Nick is scared of opening the door to any discovery and because Hardin has taken up the case for Monty and as we know Hardin would rape him in court.
The more Nick speaks the less I want to hear him talk get fucked Nick, you are a prisoner in your own marriage because Kayla would probably rape you in Court.

Clip of Nick saying he is confident the bodycam footage will not be released, thoughts on Hardin and a brief quip regarding the women who saw the bodycam.

I dunno if third-party intervention in criminal cases is rare or not, but I know for a fact it's not unheard of.

Example:

A few years back, in Arizona, there was a woman named Jodi Arias (some of you may be familiar with her) who murdered her boyfriend. At trial, for whatever dumb reason, the judge decided her testimony was gonna be closed to the public and press. Various press agencies were livid and allied together to intervene in the case and have that decision overturned. Which it was.

This will end only one way:

1. Nick is left with nothing. No house, no wife, no girlfriend, no drugs, no children. Boot licking is his way of life so no probation vio either
2. Nick claims he was right all along and always predicted he would end up that way.
3. He laser engraves copies of the bodycam and sends DVDs out as the 5k local gift. (j/k)

At this bottom is where the genius of Hardin intervening in all the cases could come in. Even though they are separate, I could see montegraph and josh settling for 1) apology to montegraph and 2) release of bodycam. Montegraph would love to see Nick release the bodycam. Even better is a divorce arc where they release Kayla from the montegraph liability in exchange for bodycam.

The other day, someone suggested maybe the county is Balldoguarding because Nick threatened to kill himself if they release the footage.

I initially dismissed it because the sheriff has qualified immunity and the county probably wouldn't be in legal trouble if he An Heroes.

Then I got to thinking: maybe it's because they still don't want a suicide on their conscience, so they're caving to emotional blackmail in that Minnesota Nice way.
That's kinda what I meant, but less about a suicide on their conscience and more about the children: If Nick killed himself by other than overdose, I don't see him doing it alone, I see him taking out everyone he resents, those who he thinks ruined his life. I truly think he resents Kayla and his family. He humiliates them daily, he seems driven to do it. They all cramp his style, they all keep him from diving off his degen cliff in the pool of dicks or whatever he craves... His family is the measure by which we're all judging him. No one cares he's a degenerate, we care he's doing it as a father of five. And he's clearly on the edge. I think people at the sheriff's department know it, know he's hanging on by a thin thread, and the last thing they want is a tragedy on their hands that makes international headlines.

Imagine all the bad press the county would get if Nick ended up a Chris Benoit copycat
Nobody forced them to offer a plea deal that would keep him out of prison.
Let's be real, in the unlikely event something that crazy happened, they'd deserve the bad press for not throwing him in the clink for 5 years and giving his family time to relocate with the child support garnished from his trust fund.

The dumber option would be to let him stay at large and hope that it'll be easier to get into a constitutional case with the most stubborn webmaster alive and an experienced attorney with a specific fixation on making sure public records (which everyone already knew the bodycam footage everyone already knew would be) remain public as is legally required.

So I'm doubtful they think he'd do something that crazy. Which I guess I should reiterate extra hard because I already got a mod action despite plainly stating I wasn't accusing Nick of something else: I do not think Nick would ever Benoit his family, and I don't think the Sheriff does either because they'd have either sent him to prison or been more insistent on figuring out how his child ingested cocaine than hiding the bodycam footage.

I hope you're right. But I see swiss cheese brain Rekeita and the constant humiliation he subjects his family to, and I don't put anything past a desperate coward.

Alternatively, if he plays his cards right there's room for him in a certain tin shack in Merida. He just needs to mind the Raging Pig Monster.

the Nicene Creed. That's the thing that both Catholics and Protestants (like PPP) agree on. It's basically the bare minimum you have to accept in order to call yourself Christian.
N.B. (not about PPP, just about significant Protestant populations): The Southern Baptist Convention has not added the Nicene Creed to the Baptist Faith & Message, although it has been debating it in very recent times. A motion to add it did not advance in the 2024 Convention, but it remains a discussion, iirc. The debate is rooted in the concept of sola scriptura (the Bible as the sole source of Christian teaching).

So guys,

Aaron mentioned on stream the other day that one of the rekieta juniors has a similar name to grandma, and that it was likely her name on the meds on the cuck fridge

So here’s my new theory:

Rekieta ran out of coke, stole his daughters’ adhd meds, then when he got coke again, he put coke in those gel caps you can buy from Whole Foods that are supposed to be for homemade supplements and was like “ah same difference”

So then when he was on his kick talking up coke as medicinal and shit, this was the base reason.

I think this theory blends several elements of Nick together seemlessly

It may not be what actually happened, but it had Nick’s metaphysical fingerprints all over it
Adderall is tablets, not capsules.

Time stamp 8:30 gets to the meat of the matter. Relitigates implying the state brought coke into the house that was made after the initial arrest.
Alluding to Aaron and the Nanny being the culprits is truly the new cope.
11:15 The best advice even his most ardent detractors have given. The drug combo truly mutated the man into this odd mix of Ralph/DSP.

Nanny, please get in contact with me so we can sue crackets. Let's be second lien holders on the drug den. Maybe third after Monty is done with him.
